Since 1923, FRIS has developed into one of the largest independent real estate man-agers in the Netherlands. We take away our clients’ cares and serve as the point of contact for Dutch and international parties in the management, facilitation, devel-opment and redeveldevel-opment of their properties. Our full range of real estate services covers all the stages in the real estate process, from initiation through to implementation and execution. For FRIS Vastgoed Management, putting the customer centre stage goes beyond just ensuring the management agreement is upheld, but includes overseeing the entire management process. This is a task FRIS undertakes with a high degree of flexibility. While we do work according to protocols, we are more than willing to adapt these to the needs of a particular customer. This means FRIS Vastgoed Management can put both customers centre stage: the cli-ent though flexible work processes and the tenant through personal contact. Our emergency repair service can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The provision of par-tial services, limited to the inipar-tial letting phase for example, is negotiable.

FRIS employs the trinity of market survey, marketing and letting when working on letting projects. A good product primed at the right target group, priced correctly and mar-keted effectively guarantees optimum sales. We engage all avenues offered by traditional, online and social media to achieve the best results. We are constantly alert to the effects of any changes in the housing evaluation system. For example, there is every likelihood that your 40 m2 new build home may now be let in the deregulated segment – provided it is located in the ‘shortage area’. Moreover, social media are deployed continuously to bring together like-minded house hunters. Based on their preferences and the company’s product and market knowledge, FRIS Vastgoed Management is able to develop projects from the bottom up. The research conducted by FRIS Research & Consultancy can be viewed separately from any follow-up real estate ac-tivities. While FRIS will of course be pleased to implement its recommendations, as a client you are under no obliga-tion. This is why FRIS Research & Consultancy conducts the types of studies referred to above for no profit, enabling us
