STRATEGY

Curtiss
Wright
Controls
anticipates
outsourcing
10
recruiting
projects
to
Decision
Toolbox
in
 2009.
The
experience
required
by
Curtiss
Wright
is
often
scarce,
and
only
found
within
 competitors
or
institutions
outside
the
local
area.
By
outsourcing
the
aggressive
recruitment
 that
is
required
to
fill
these
often
industry‐specific
positions,
Curtiss
Wright
expects
to
fill
these
 positions
in
a
timely
manner,
increase
the
quality
of
their
hires,
and
access
a
broader,
deeper
 candidate
pool.

 DT’s
UNIQUE
VALUE
PROPOSITION

Most
RPO
companies
promise
to
cut
costs
and
improve
the
quality
of
your
recruitment
process;
 DT
delivers
on
both
of
these
items
while
delivering
a
unique
value
proposition:
 • We’re
real
people
–
not
a
machine:
By
comparison
to
many
in
the
RPO
industry,
 Decision
Toolbox
is
a
small
company.
As
such,
we
can
provide
you
with
a
high
level
of
 customized,
personalized
service.
Our
goal
is
not
to
lock
our
clients
into
three
year

deliberately
structure
our
contracts
so
that
we
are
incented
to
earn
repeat
business
‐
 the
ultimate
KPI.

 • A
technology
backbone:
DT’s
in‐house
developed
recruiting
technology,
Recruiting
 Machine™,
provides
our
clients
and
recruiters
with
advanced
tools
that
make
the
 candidate
attraction,
selection,
management
and
information
sharing
processes
 extremely
efficient,
accurate
and
organized
for
everyone
involved.
This
platform
can
 either
augment
or
serve
as
a
client’s
internal
ATS.
 • We
can
increase
the
quality
of
your
hires:
DT
is
perhaps
the
only
RPO
to
offer
a
6
 month
candidate
guarantee
on
standard
searches.
Additionally,
we
offer
a
“Recruit
to
 Retain”
Onboarding
process
that
is
unparalled:
through
our
partner,
EQ
Mentor,
we
 provide
24/7
online
mentoring
and
community
collaboration
(EQVillage)
that
gives
key
 prospects
a
forum
to
learn
how
to
best
be
effective
in
their
new
role
in
a
new
 organization
–
a
key
to
successful
retention
of
new
talent.

 • A
superb
team
of
recruiting
experts:
Thanks
to
DT’s
virtual
business
model
and
 reputation,
we
are
able
to
employ
only
top
caliber,
US‐based
recruiters
and
researchers,
 averaging
10
or
more
years
of
experience.
In
this
respect,
our
gain
becomes
your
gain.
