The business mingling plays a central role in every WIN partner meeting. There is always a generous amount of time during the breaks, to allow business

opportunities and ideas to be discovered. To make the mingling time even more efficient, the WIN team also put together a new

WIN Mingle Map for

every partner meeting. Here the participants can get suggestions of who to focus on a little extra during the day! Every line between the participants represents a possible business opportunity or a common project.
(10)

Ulrik Hindsberger from the Danish water innovation cluster Water in Urban Areas told us about exciting business opportunities in Denmark. He invited WIN companies to use him as a contact point for the Danish water market.

Rikard Malmberg (Connect) told us about the possibilities to use Connect as a platform for financing.

The partner meeting ended with a very nice lunch, provided by Malmö Börshus. Klas Bertilsson (Alfa Laval) inspired us to think

about different aspects of innovation. Not only the conventional perspective of product perfomance, but also factors like profit model, channel and service, to name a few.
