Placement Survey – Class of 2006

December 05, May 06, August 06 Graduates

Data Reported As of March 2007

The 2006 Placement Survey began in May with a survey of graduating students regarding their

established plans for the immediate future. In November we mailed a survey to all listed 12/05, 5/06 and 8/06 graduates. In February, we called those graduates who had not responded to our survey. As a result of these efforts, we obtained a 53% response rate.

The graduates surveyed were taken from the Registrar’s official list of graduates. The placement percentages are based on the number of respondents. When there are few graduates in a program of study, the percentages given may be less indicative of the long-term placement activity of that program than of those few individuals that year.

I thank the Class of 2006 for their assistance and cooperation in contributing to this report. The Office of Career Services conducted this survey.
