Welcome to Las Vegas Motor Speedway!

We’re glad you’re here and hope you enjoy the schedule of events planned during your visit. Please read the enclosed information very carefully to make your visit to LVMS enjoyable and safe. The following rules will be strictly enforced by LVMS Security and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

LVMS owns and controls all rights to space locations for all events at the track. RV parking passes are temporary licenses for the space and time period that is listed on the digital pass. This permit licenses the holder to park one (1) vehicle in the assigned area for the event specified. Commercial activities of any kind are prohibited without prior written permission from Speedway Motorsports or LVMS.

Park at your own risk; Speedway Motorsports/LVMS and their officers, agents, employees and affiliates are not liable for any loss of any kind to vehicle or other property of the permit holder. Acceptance of this permit constitutes acknowledgment by holder that he/she has read and consents to the terms herein.

Any damage incurred to LVMS property by individual RV/Campers will be the responsibility of the ticket/account holders who may be billed for such damages.

Due to constant improvements, there is no guarantee that your space will remain the same.

GENERAL SAFETY

LVMS cares for the safety and security of all of guests particularly when on our property. If you see anything that appears unsafe or something that looks unusual we want to know as soon as possible by contacting the LVMS RV Lot Hosts, Security, Law Enforcement, or LVMS staff member.

Our RV Lot Hosts are located at the check-in tent or riding around the RV lots in golf carts. If you cannot find a RV Lot Host, contact a security officer 24 hours a day by calling 702-632-8029.

ASSISTANCE / IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

You may contact Fan Assistance during event hours at 702.632.8006 or text keyword “Vegas” followed by your message to 69050. For urgent or emergency matters, please contact LVMS Security at 702.632.8029. Please have your space number and the name of your RV lot available when you call to expedite assistance.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS!

Each of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway RV lots will open at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2. LVMS highly recommends that you arrive no later than Friday, March 4 to avoid delays.

• Geico RV Lot: Arrive via I-15 Exit 54. At Hollywood Blvd., turn LEFT into the Geico RV entrance gate (look for signage).

• Inner Circle RV Lot: Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd. at Entry 4, follow signage to Infield Inspection area before proceeding to the Infield Tunnel.

• Motorhome Hill RV Lot: Arrive via I-15 Exit 54. Continue along Speedway Blvd.

VEHICLE PASSES

All RV passes will be printed. Your passes will be mailed to the account holder prior to the event or made available at your assigned RV lot check-in tent. Both your RV pass and AVL pass should be clearly displayed while in the lot, as well as when entering and exiting. Please refer to the RV lot attendant for tow pass vehicle locations (AVL) if your vehicle does not fit into your space. If you have additional vehicles to park, additional AVL passes can be purchased in advance. To purchase additional AVL passes prior to race week, please contact our Ticket Office at 800.644.4444. If you prefer to purchase while on property during race week, please visit any of the following locations: Satellite Ticket Office (behind the Tickets/Admin & Gift Shop Building), inside the Tickets/Admin & Gift Shop Building, or the Neon Garage Ticket Office (for Inner Circle RV guests only).

*A maximum of two (2) motorcycle passes may be purchased. Motorcycles must fit within the designated RV space and must be properly licensed street bikes.

Additional vehicles will be allowed within certain RV lots.

• Geico AVL – $50

• Inner Circle AVL – $99

• Motorhome Hill AVL – $99

One AVL vehicle pass can park in your assigned RV space. All additional passes must park in the designated area per each lot. There will be designated areas set up specifically for additional vehicles. AVL Passes

RV Campground RULES AND REGULATIONS

Golf carts, hover boards, quads, UTVs, SxS, scooters,

skateboards, Segways, dirt bikes or any other similar personal transportation devices are strictly prohibited on LVMS property.

This includes licensed vehicles that may be street legal. Licensed street motorcycles are permitted with the proper support

vehicle pass affixed. Failure to comply with the above will result in impounding.

All RV passes and tow vehicle passes must be displayed so that the pass is clearly visible from the service road nearest to your assigned space. Each vehicle must have the appropriate credential.

All RV sites may only have the RV and one (1) vehicle on-site.

Extra vehicles will be parked in an assigned area and must possess an “Additional Tow Vehicle” pass that can be purchased prior to the event or at a LVMS ticket office during race week.

• Tow/support vehicles must be parked inside your assigned

space. Pickup trucks equipped with campers are not considered tow vehicles and are required to have an assigned space and the proper RV credential.

RV and tow vehicle passes are non-transferable. Extra vehicles in your assigned space are subject to tow, at owner’s expense.

Anyone caught with copied or counterfeit passes will be removed from LVMS property, without refund. Violators are subject to prosecution.

One (1) EZ-Up style shade per space is permitted; maximum size is 10 ft x 10 ft. The EZ-Up must be securely fastened to the ground and/or RV and must fit inside your assigned space, without blocking the view of your compound from the service road. In the interest of safety, if wind speed exceeds 15 m.p.h.

LVMS reserves the right to have all structures removed. Camping tents and/or party rental tents, see-through or otherwise, are not permitted in any of the RV lots. Tent camping is NOT permitted at LVMS.

• Awnings that are attached to your RV are permitted, provided it

fits inside your assigned space and does not block the sight lines of neighboring guests or views inside your compound.

LVMS is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.

• Scaffolding or custom-built RV roof platforms are permitted.

Mechanical lifts of any type are prohibited. Please make sure you have a handrail installed and the height of the floor deck does not exceed 13' 6". If a scaffold or platform is blocking the view of a TV camera, you will be asked to lower it. Shade tents and/

or umbrellas are not permitted on the RV roof platform. Space holder assumes all risk and liability in the use of such structures.

Due to military aircraft activity and FAA regulations, any and all radio-controlled aerial devices including — but not limited to — kites, sky lanterns, drones and ANY unmanned aerial devices are

BANNED from LVMS property.

Firearms, fireworks and weapons of any type are not permitted.

Violators are subject to arrest.

External stereo or television speakers are not permitted.

• Tractor-trailers, box trucks, cargo trucks, and enclosed hauling

trailers are not permitted. However, if a trailer is being used as the sole sleeping quarters it is acceptable as long as it fits in your assigned RV space. You cannot have two separate sleeping quarters with the purchase of one space.

Trailers with advertising are not permitted without the consent of LVMS.

Solicitation of any type is not permitted on LVMS property. The sale of food, beverages, souvenirs or merchandise is prohibited.

Flashing lights on RVs or flagpoles are prohibited. Flagpoles must be securely attached to your vehicle.

• All vehicles and RV sites are subject to search.

At no time is it permissible to connect any electrical cords to the LVMS generators supplying power for light towers or other electrical equipment necessary to provide for the safety of LVMS patrons.

ADA Assistance / Trams

Please see below if you are unable to board an LVMS tram. Notify your RV Lot Supervisor or contact Fan Assistance at 702.632.8006 or by texting keyword “Vegas” followed by your message to 69050. Please note that ADA shuttles will provide service only to the locations shown below.

They do not go directly to any RV spaces.

Pick-up locations:

• Inner Circle RV Check-In Tent • Neon Garage ADA Tent (under bridge)

• Geico RV Lot • Main Handicap Lot Shuttle Tent Note: For guests staying in the Vegas Veranda or Motorhome Hill, please use the methods shown above and a vehicle will be dispatched.

For a return ride, ADA shuttles will pick up those needing assistance at the ADA booths located at Gates B & E or the Neon Garage ADA Gate.

Shuttle/Golf Cart Rules & Regulations:

• Hold onto the handrails at all times while the cart is in motion

• Never attempt to seat more guests than the cart is designed to carry

• Remain seated at all times while the cart is in motion

AERIAL DEVICES

FAA regulations prohibit the use of kites, sky lanterns, drones or any other radio-controlled aerial devices. They are not permitted on LVMS property.

BICYCLES

Non-motorized bicycles and e-bikes are permitted to be operated on LVMS property under the following guidelines:

o Do not ride bicycles on the track, in the garages or within ticket gates.

o Obey all posted signage.

o Use common sense while operating your bicycle.

o E-bikes are able to operate on LVMS property; however, per state of Nevada requirements they cannot exceed 20 mph on level ground.

o Operator assumes all responsibility and assumption of risk by operating a bicycle on LVMS property. Actions deemed unsafe by LVMS will result in impounding of the bicycle.

CARBON MONOXIDE

WARNING: Carbon Monoxide (CO) poisoning is possible with camping equipment. Carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas that you cannot see or smell, but fumes can be harmful or fatal. Follow equipment instructions, and if your equipment detects carbon monoxide, remove yourself from the area and notify LVMS Security at 702.632.8029.

FAN SAFETY

The safety and well-being of fans, competitors and staff is our top priority.

With regards to COVID-19, we will follow all recommended protocols and regulations established by the CDC and local health officials.

Fire pits/open Fire Regulations

• Fully enclosed UL Listed cooking pits/outdoor fire pits are permitted.

NO OPEN FIRES and/or barrel fires are permitted. This includes homemade tubs, dryer tubs, 55-gallon drums, smudge pots and any non-approved burning device.

• 1/4 cord of wood is permitted in camping area.

• Fire extinguishers within easy reach are required.

• Fires located within 20 feet of flammable substances are not permitted.

• Do not leave a fire unattended.

FLAGPOLES

No flashing lights on RVs or flagpoles. Flagpoles must be securely attached to your vehicle.

gENERATORS

All vehicle and generator exhaust must be expelled safely into roadways or above the highest window of nearby RVs. LVMS highly recommends you equip your generator with an exhaust extender flow pipe. Generators with a decibel rating between 0-50 dB are recommended as all portable and on-board generators may be run overnight during quiet hours.

INNER CIRCLE RV LOT

Inner Circle RV Customers must have a wristband for each guest in their party. Customers who have purchased Inner Circle wristbands can redeem their wristband voucher for a wristband at the Neon Garage Ticket Office located next to the entrance to the Neon Garage (accessible from the Inner Circle RV Lot). Hours will be posted at the ticket office. Additional wristbands, RV party tickets and discounted Neon Garage passes and race tickets will also be available for purchase but are only available to the RV account holder of record. For more information please call the ticket office at 800.644.4444.

Arrival Instructions

All Inner Circle RVs will be searched prior to entering the infield. LVMS strongly suggests you arrive on Thursday, March 3, preferably between the hours of 9 a.m.—7 p.m.

Important: Traffic is not permitted to enter the LVMS Infield during the outbound traffic flow on any event day.

Arrive via Las Vegas Boulevard:

• Turn into Entry 4.

• Travel approximately 50 yards.

• Turn left at the sign marked Inner Circle RV Lot Inspection Area.

• Follow instructions provided by the LVMS security guards and wait for the mandatory vehicle inspection.

• Upon successful completion of the inspection, a credential will be affixed to your windshield, allowing you to proceed to your assigned space.

Utility-style trailers greater than 22 feet in length are not permitted to enter the Inner Circle RV Lot. These vehicles will be required to park in the AVL Lot with the required pass.

Accessing the Grandstands and the Fan Zone

• Walk through the vehicle tunnel to Checkered Flag Lane. From there it is a short walk to Ticket Gate A. Make sure you have your infield wristband on for re-entry.

• Tram service to the ticket office. There are two Infield tram stops located at opposite ends of the garages. Please keep in mind that the infield trams do not operate after the event ends.

INNER CIRCLE RV LOT

• Guests who have purchased Neon Garage passes and race tickets will be able to use the Neon Garage Pedestrian Tunnel to access the grandstands and Fan Zone.

• LVMS will open the Neon Garage to Inner Circle RV customers after Victory Lane celebrations to allow return access to the Inner Circle RV Lot for at least one (1) hour post-race.

Infield Emergency Evacuation Instructions PRIMARY EXIT: Main Tunnel

SECONDARY EXIT: Turn 3 emergency track gate

• Do not leave the track until you are notified to do so. Listen to the track public address system on 100.3 FM.

• Do not attempt to leave the infield in your vehicle. Your best means of transportation is by foot.

• Each emergency exit will be manned by LVMS staff members.

• Look for the flashing yellow lights to find an exit.

• If you are injured or unable to walk to safety, please notify LVMS safety personnel for assistance.

• LVMS staff will notify you when it is safe to return to the infield.

GENERAL INFORMATION

MINORS

We want everyone to have a great time here at LVMS so please keep your children’s safety in mind during the event. It is strongly recommended that children wear ear protection during the event.

• The curfew for minors is 10 p.m. daily.

• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult after 10 p.m.

• For the safety of your children please keep them within eye sight at all times.

• If a minor is caught out after the designated time, the RV owner will be given a written warning. Continued violation will result in forfeiture of RV passes and removal from LVMS property.

Parking

Horseshoe-type parking of RVs is permitted, provided the opening is adjacent to the service road and unblocked. LVMS reserves the right to make changes to any parking pattern deemed unsafe.

PEDESTRIAN SAFETY

While walking, jogging or moving around the property we ask that you use caution particularly during the evening hours after sunset.

To prevent injuries we suggest:

• Walk in designated areas such as sidewalks and designated roadways.

• After dark use a flashlight as portable light towers or permanent

• Please do not cut through other guests spaces as this is inconsiderate and will take you off of the designated roadway/walk areas.

• Remain alert for all vehicle traffic on LVMS property including cars, trucks, motorhomes, golf carts, and motorcycles. In some cases, vehicles may share the road with pedestrians.

• Obey all signs around the facilities.

PETS

Please be considerate to others and pick up after your pets. All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than six (6) feet at all times. Pets are not permitted to enter the ticket gates — except for service animals.

PET PIT STOP – NEW!

• Located in our Geico A/B & Inner Circle RV Lots

• Area is dedicated to fun and exercise activities with your pet.

• Pets may run off-leash while under voice control, within the confines of the fenced-in area.

POST-RACE DEPARTURE

All RV lots are subject to being held after the event ends. If held,

the vehicle gates for the RV lots will remain CLOSED during this time. In order to ensure the safety of pedestrian traffic, please be patient and wait for LVMS Security to open the exit gates. Guests will not be permitted to access LVMS property during this time and will have to wait until after the outbound traffic is completed. All campers must be removed from LVMS property no later than noon

on Monday, March 7.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 11 p.m.– 7 a.m. If LVMS Security is called to

your space due to a disturbance, the RV owner will be given a

written warning. Three (3) written warnings will result in forfeiture of

RV passes and removal from LVMS property. Please be responsible

Tune to KXNT-CBS Radio 1140 AM to listen to the broadcast of the event.

RideShares

Friday through Sunday during the event, ride share companies will utilize the Taxi & RideShare Lot located in Lot 5 on Checkered Flag Lane across from Gate P.

LVMS has coordinated with specific service companies to

conveniently handle your requests. Please see the list below and contact the appropriate group with your service request. Please note, portable restrooms are placed in the lot for your convenience, and will not be moved to accommodate a specific party. You may rent one (1) from United Site Services listed below.

Friday, March 4 — Sunday, March 6: 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Speed limit

Speed limit in all RV areas is ALWAYS 5 mph.

• One non-alcoholic beverage per guest is permitted.

• Beverages are not to exceed 20 ounces and must be contained in a plastic sports bottle, plastic cup, or metal tumbler.

• A singular food item per guest is permitted. Examples include a sandwich, crackers, chips or fruit. Family sized bags of food are not permitted.
