Investment Policy
Since 1984, Adlib has supported the live events industry, theatres, performance spaces, venues and schools to educate and entertain audiences all over the world.
Over 30 years of experience has enabled Adlib to establish itself as one of the most well-known and respected names in the technical services industry. Our Rental, Sales and Installation departments provide professional sound, lighting, video, and mechanical engineering systems to a wide range of clients.
Adlib hires and operates Audio, Lighting and Video equipment for numerous venues across the UK to leading clients around the world.
Due to the stature of the company’s clients, it is imperative that the latest technology is supplied. This ensures that the quality of services and equipment always meets all clients’ expectations. The ability to source, track, and service this technology ensures Adlib is able to hold the latest equipment available in its hire stock. The company regularly ‘Beta Test’ many industry products before general release. This highlights the relationship Adlib has with the world’s leading Manufacturers and the respect they have for Adlib’s opinions. These relationships allow Adlib to gain primary insights on many new product releases and this knowledge will be passed on to all clients so they can have early awareness into future products.
Adlib visits many industry standard trade shows including; Plasa Focus, The Event Show & Confex, ISE and BVE. This also aids the company in keeping up to date with the latest technologies. By attending such trade shows Adlib is able to gain knowledge on what products are out there and determine which would benefit its clients best.
The business is committed to continually rotating its stock, typically on a 3-5 year basis, which means Adlib has the latest technology in it’s inventory and that is reliable. Adlib invests on average £2 million per year in additional stock and new products to ensure satisfactory delivery of all its contracts and to provide clients with innovative solutions.
