Booking Procedure

It is advisable to contact one of our Wedding Coordinators who will be pleased to help you book the right function room, and advise you on anything you need to know about your special day.

Once you have decided upon a date, a provisional booking can be made.

A provisional booking can be held for 2 weeks without any obligation. This allows you time to arrange the dates with any other suppliers you may be using.

Once you have decided to confirm your wedding reception here at Best Western Cresta Court Hotel, a £500 deposit is required, along with a signed contract which will be issued by the hotel.

In the event of a cancellation, we regret that all deposits paid are non- refundable and cancellation charges will apply as per our signed event agreement in conjunction with our terms and conditions.

Final payment will then be due 4 weeks prior to the event date.

Additional Costs

Serving Staff-should your caterers not provide serving staff, the hotel can provide serving staff or kitchen porters at a rate of £10 per person per hour. For serving staff, we recommend one staff member per twenty guests. (external staff must be insured by the catering company – no friends or family are permitted to serve)

Alcoholic Beverages – should you wish to provide your own alcohol there is a minimum corkage charge of £550, dependant on the amount brought in (if not included in the package)

Hire of Chairs - £1 per plain chair or £4.75 per chair including chair cover and sash (if not included in package)

Table Cloths - £3.90 per cloth (if not included in package)

Standard White or Coloured paper Napkins - £0.85 per napkin (if not included in package)

Cutlery, Crockery and Glassware - £2.21 per person (if not included in package)

Table Decorations – prices start from £16.55 per table

Special rates are available for guests attending a function and we advise you to book early. This special rate enables you and your guests to carry on the party in our residents bar and join you for breakfast.
