Agenda
The purpose of this webinar is to compare current functionality within Online Banking and assist you in understanding how it is impacted with the 2021 redesign project.
This webinar will also introduce major new components of the redesign project.

Release Plan
• All clients will update at the same time (multi-tenant platform)
• Will occur Sunday, October 24, 2021 during our allowed outage window (12:01 AM to 4:00 AM CT).
o NOTE: Closer to the release it will be determined if we believe the outage will extend beyond our typical window closure and information will be distributed.
• During the outage Digital Banking services will be unavailable.
o Notifications will be sent when services are restored o Institution Checklist for post release will be provided

Unless specifically indicated a feature is available for both Retail and Commercial customer types.

Institution Logo – Return to Overview
• Clicking the institution logo will return the end user to the Overview page – just as in the current
interface it returns the end user to the Home page
Managing Account and Category Icons
• Depending on the current support of account logos (Internal and outside aggregated accounts) end users get more control over the display
• Setting available vary based upon institution contractual offerings
As is the case currently, Account logos and icons are not supported in Xpress Mobile Banking.

• Adds a Connect An Account option which allows the user to choose add a current institution account, add an external account for transfers or add an outside account for aggregation
o Displayed options depend on what an institution supports currently is contracted for and offers to users

• Two (2) columns - Accounts List and Widgets
o Widgets are configurable by the user
• Account groupings and Favorites remain the same as today
o Post release an institution level configuration option will become available to modify the default group headings
• ApitureIQ Marketing banner ad space now appears at the top of the Widget column when an ad is targeted to the user
• Displays both primary balances (just as today) by default (no configuration request will be required) o Both primary balances will also display on the Accounts Details page

Details
• Displays both primary balances (just as today) by default for Retail and Commercial customers (no configuration request will be required). Both primary balances will also display on the Accounts Details page
• Converted current links under balances will display as sub-tabs on the page:
o Activity o Cards o Alerts
o Statements
o Stop Check Payment o Future View
• Institution specific SSOs sub-tabs will display after the Statements sub-tab
• When too many sub-tabs exists, a MORE dropdown will be displayed
• Credit/Debit column:
o Single Credit/Debit column for Retail users (default – configuration option to display 2 columns)

• Allows end users to see and access additional information and actions without leaving the Overview page
• Supported for both internal and aggregated outside accounts
• Includes the following:
o Both Previous Day Balance and Available Balance (if supported for an account type)
o Most recent 5 transactions in the last 5 day (clickable to display Transaction Details modal) o Pay options for loans as
applicable – including date next payment and amount due if supported for an institution currently
o Transfer In and Transfer Out as applicable
o Link to Account Activity

• Internal accounts can be made to be favorites – same as current functionality
• Outside Accounts being aggregated may also be made favorites now
As is the case currently, Favorites are not currently reflected in Xpress Mobile Banking (future feature).
Overview: Account Groups (Commercial Users)
• Account Groups replace the Favorites functionality for all Commercial users
• Account Groups allow Commercial users to create sub-sets of accounts that can be quickly viewed on the Overview page
o Outside Accounts being aggregated can be included in an Account Group for the Overview page
• A default Account Group can be set for each time the Commercial user logs into Online Banking
• There is no limit to the number of Account Groups a Commercial user may create
• Account Groups will be able to be utilized by other features in Online Banking in the future
• Account Groups are NOT shared between Focus Customers, Sub-Users or Agents – unique to each user
• During the release, an Account Group name Favorites will be created for any Commercial user
who has set up favorites
