Jessica Tivens Schneiderman is a soprano from Calabasas, CA.

Hailed by the San Francisco Chronicle as “a singer of considerable gifts,” Ms. Schneiderman has been performing professionally since her debut on CBS’s Star Search at eight years old. Since then, she has performed as a soloist in many major venues across the United States, and internationally. She recently sang the role of Autumn in the New York City premiere performances of Service Provider in February of 2020. In the spring of 2018, she made her debut with the Bronx Opera as Agathe in a new production of Der Freischütz. In recent seasons, she has sung Santuzza in North Shore Music Festival’s production of Cavalleria Rusticana; the Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors, for the inaugural production of the Modern Opera Company, and also for the Passionist Haitian Missionary Charities in New York City;

Brünnhilde in excerpts of Wagner’s Ring as part of an experimental theater piece entitled “A Yiddishe Wagner” for the 14th Street Y’s LABA Live project; as the soprano soloist in Beethoven’s 9th Symphony with the Garden State Philharmonic. She joined DiCapo Opera Theater covering the role of Abigail Williams and performing the role of Sarah Good in Robert Ward’s The Crucible and repeated her performance for the award-winning European Premiere of the work in Szeged, Hungary in November, 2008. Other engagements have included Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia with Metro Lyric Opera New Jersey, and Second Lady in The Magic Flute with the Harrisburg Opera Association.

Active on the concert stage as well as in opera, Ms. Schneiderman has been a regular soloist with her home orchestras, the Burbank Philharmonic and the New West Symphony, performing works by Mahler, Stravinsky, Orff and Mozart. She has also performed at Carnegie Hall as soprano soloist in the world premiere of Ed Lojeski’s Missa Americana. Later, she premiered the soprano solos of Mike Garson’s Symphonic Suite for Healing at the new Segerstrom Hall in Costa Mesa, CA.

In addition to her passion for classical music, Ms. Schneiderman has performed extensively in crossover and pop music, having performed regularly with pop legend, David Foster, at various events. During this time, she shared the stage with Michael Crawford and spent several years as duet partner to Josh Groban.

Ms. Schneiderman made her operatic debut with Festival Opera Walnut Creek as Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro to much critical acclaim and went on with the company to perform Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Sophie in Werther. Ms. Schneiderman attended the San Francisco Opera Merola Program, and immediately followed this with a year as a Resident Young Artist with Seattle Opera, where she specialized in the music of Mozart and Rossini. She is is also a recipient of many awards and recognitions, including 3rd place in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions - Southwest Region, 5th Place in the Loren L. Zachary Society competition, Gari Foundation Encouragement Award winner, and Violetta DuPont Competition finalist.

Coloratura soprano Mithuna Sivaraman is quickly getting noticed for the

“clarity of her embellishments” (Voce di Meche, March 2019). She was a First Place winner in the 2021 Rocky Mountain Winter Baroque Music Festival, and a semi-finalist in Lyra New York’s 2020 International Vocal Competition. Since moving to the NYC area in 2018, she has made role debuts in New York and New Jersey as Colleen in Scott Joiner’s Connection Lost (Modern Opera Company), Casilda in Gilbert &

Sullivan’s The Gondoliers (Ridgewood G&S Opera Company), Clizia in Handel’s Teseo (Cantanti Project), and Drusilla in Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea (New York Lyric Opera Theater); and covered the role of Savitri in New Camerata Opera’s double bill of Venus and Adonis/Savitri. She has also performed with companies in California and Washington D.C.; other roles performed include Belinda (Dido and Aeneas) and Gretel (Hansel and Gretel).

Mithuna is also an experienced choral artist. She sang with the San Francisco Symphony Chorus from 2014 to 2018, and is a member of Downtown Voices at Trinity Wall Street. Since 2020, she has also been a chamber chorister and soloist at St. Joseph’s Parish in Somers, NY. Born and raised in Singapore, she is of Tamil descent, and is extensively trained in both Hindustani and Carnatic classical voice, with teachers including Ustad Vilayat Khan and D.K. Pattammal.

In her non-singing life, Mithuna is a seasoned transfer pricing specialist and a licensed attorney. She graduated from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in 2008, and earned her juris doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2013. She has been a member of the California bar since 2013.

Accompanist Jason Wirth, a talented collaborator and “an impressive musician in his own right” (NY Concert Review), Jason recently made recital debuts at Carnegie Hall and Philadelphia's Kimmel Center.

Jason's recording of Poulenc's The Story of Babar with film star Michael Douglas has been released on Naxos, and he has helmed many operas and other projects as music director, including Verdi's Rigoletto and Floyd’s Susannah with Lighthouse Opera, as well as Menotti’s The Medium and Amahl and the Night Visitors, Sondheim’s Into the Woods and Sweeney Todd, and Kurt Weill's Street Scene with The Modern Opera Company in New York City.

“Jason Wirth [spun] a gossamer web of unusual sounds on the piano,”

writes The New York Times. A versatile and intrepid performer, Jason draws on his varied interests to bring new perspectives into his music- making. Jason was born in Minnesota, and performed on the piano extensively from a very young age, including appearances with the Moscow Philharmonic and the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra as a soloist.

In the last year, Jason performed with soprano Lynn Spurgat at Carnegie's Zankel, where they will return this November. He was honored to be a guest artist at workshops performances of Santa Fe Opera and Arizona Opera, presenting new works by Paul Ruders and Clint Borzoni. Educated at Mannes and the Yale School of Music, Jason is an expert performer of the operatic repertoire and has a deep love and affinity for art song, cabaret, musical theatre and jazz. His teachers include Alexander Braginsky (University of Minnesota) and Pavlina Dokovska (Mannes).
