Introduction
Welcome to MyBilling! MyBilling is part of Martin Brower’s MB Sync platform. MyBilling empowers you to:
➢ View, print, and download your Martin Brower invoices
➢ Generate robust and customizable reporting on your Martin Brower purchases and invoicing
➢ Review GL details
MyBilling – Path to website
Before accessing MyBilling, please check your Web Browser’s version. MyBilling is designed to work on Internet Explorer 10 and above and Google Chrome. Point your browser to the URL: https://mybilling.mbsync.com
Logging In to MyBilling
To enter the invoice area, enter your assigned User Name and Password (ie. User Credentials). Passwords are case-sensitive. NOTE: Your initial attempt to log in to MyBilling will require you to re-set your password.

Log In is for security purposes to ensure only individuals you have authorized have access to the website and your specific customer invoicing and purchasing information. The site is very easy to navigate. Anyone with valid User Credentials can utilize all the features of MyBilling. NOTE: If an account is not accessed for more than 1 year, the User’s account will be deleted due to inactivity.
REMINDER: Do NOT give your Password to others. All Users must have their own User Credentials.
If an incorrect sign-on is used to log in, an error message appears, re-enter your User Credentials.
You cannot move to the next screen until the correct User Name and Password has been entered.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password? link on the MyBilling Home Page. An email is sent to the address on file and the User is requested to set a new password. If issues are encountered, contact Accounts Receivable at 1-866-822-2510.
Change Password (Self-Service)
Once you are logged in to MyBilling, if you need/want to change your password look for the Change Password icon located on the bottom the screen. Click on icon and a dialogue box appears. Input new password, re-enter new password, click ‘Select’. NOTE: Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 15 characters.
Change Name on Account
If for some reason you would like to change the name you were enrolled with, please feel free to contact Martin Brower’s Accounts Receivable team at [email protected] to request a change, we will be happy to change it for you. NOTE: The User Name (log in User Name on
Credentials) on the account cannot be changed.
Log out
When Users want to close out of the MyBilling system, simply click on the ‘Log Out’ icon (bottom banner stripe). NOTE: If the system is inactive for more than 30 minutes, MyBilling will
automatically freeze the session. The User can quickly log back in by exiting/closing the session and logging back in to MyBilling.

MyBilling - Your Store(s) Invoices
Once the User Name and Password have been entered, MyBilling’s Home Page appears. The top of the screen has a banner which displays all Stores you have been authorized to view. Simply click on ‘View Store’ (or enter a Store Number in the dialogue box on the top of the page) to proceed to MyBilling functions.
If you have more than one Store in your profile, the Stores will all appear on the banner stripe toward the top of the page. You may navigate to a specific Store by clicking on the arrow

or select a specificStore by typing the Store Number in the Customer Name dialogue box on the top of the page and click ‘View Customer’.

Using MyBilling to select invoices to view by Date Range
To select invoices to be viewed, click on the Search box above the Date Range area to identify a list of pre-defined search criteria. Select common dates when needed for: This Week, This Month, This Quarter, Year to Date, Last Week, Last Month, Last Quarter, Last Year and click on ‘Update
Results’. You can also select a specific starting date and ending date as needed by clicking on the Date Range which will present a calendar with Month/Day/Year to choose from for input into the Starting Date/Ending Date fields. MyBilling provides ~2 years of historical invoicing data.
NOTE: If a view of ALL Stores is desired, click on the [View ALL Accounts] box on the top left side of the banner stripe.
If there are many invoices listed, Page Numbers appear at the bottom of the screen to help the User navigate through pages. Click on the Page Number to move from page to page or select Next, Last, First, or Previous.

Viewing Invoices
Invoices on this screen automatically display and load based in order of last purchase however, the User can sort by Invoice Date, Due Date, OR Invoice # simply by clicking the column label.
Once you have selected your Store(s) Invoices you would like to view, select the icon labeled
‘Invoice Details’ to view an electronic copy of the Store’s invoice.
Selecting the first invoice (‘285132’) above will return the following electronic invoice:

Downloading and Printing Invoices
Users have an option to Print a PDF version (Click on the Adobe icon ) of a single invoice, download PDF’s of all invoices selected, or generate a summary report of selected invoices:
A message popup may appear at the bottom of the screen for you to Open/Save or Cancel the print.
Click on Open and the report (see below example) will appear on the screen in Adobe.

Select ‘G/L Details’ icon for invoice to view summary of G/L details for selected invoice.

The ‘G/L Details’ screen below will appear with a summarized view of G/L Codes, Descriptions, Quantity Shipped, Net amount, Tax, Total Invoice amount for the selected invoice.
Users can print or download a PDF summary of this report by clicking on the ‘PRINT’ icon. Also, the User can view the details of all Products on the selected invoice coded to that specific G/L Account by selecting the ‘G/L Account’ icon on the report to view.
NOTE: Select ‘G/L Details’ on the Invoice banner stripe to return to the previous page and select a different G/L Account to view.
If User selects a specific G/L Account to view, the following screen appears:
NOTE: If the User desires to view recent Order History of the Product, click on the ‘Prod Id’ to view.

View Summarized Invoice information
While working with a single Store, the invoices can be summarized for purchases within a date range by clicking on the ‘Summarize Invoice’ icon (bottom of page). The system will total all Items purchased and provide an overall total and tax amount and line level summary for each Product.
MyBilling will generate a report that provides you with the total number of cases purchased along with invoice total and tax for the selected date range (see example below).
To see a Product Purchase History – click on the icon next to the Prod Id.
View G/L Summary of Invoice information
While working with a single Store, the G/L information for the invoices can be summarized for purchases within a date range by clicking on the ‘G/L Summary’ icon (bottom of page).

MyBilling will total all Items purchased by G/L code and provide a report of quantity shipped, Net Invoice, Tax, and Total amount summarized by G/L code.
To see a Product shipped within the G/L – click on the icon next to the Prod Id.

Invoice Export (Reporting)
MyBilling allows the User to download data for a single invoice or multiple invoices based on Date Range by clicking on the ‘Invoice Export’ icon at the bottom of the Invoice page. This icon
empowers the User to export the invoice information in several different file and Column formats using an export “Wizard”. Easy to use, simply follow the prompts to generate and download the desired information into an Excel report.

Downloading a Single Invoice or Multiple Invoices
After you have clicked on the ‘Invoice Export’ icon, the User is given an option to generate their report for a single invoice or multiple invoices using Invoice Date (Range of Dates). Make your selection.
Downloading a Single Invoices
Click on ‘Single Invoice’ from ‘What would you like to export?’
Input the Invoice number, then choose the type of Excel file (Export Delimiter options). Choose if the 1st Row of your report will have Header Information (True = Yes, False = No) then select the specific or ALL invoice data elements from the list of Available Fields to generate your report.

Once desired Fields are selected, click on the ‘Download’ (icon at the bottom of the page) to generate your report.
A message popup may appear at the bottom of the screen for you to Open/Save or Cancel the print.
Click on Open and the report will be generated and appear on your screen in Excel format.
Downloading Multiple Invoices
Click on ‘Invoice Date’ from ‘What would you like to export?’

Select ‘From’ and ‘To’ Dates, then choose the type of Excel file (Export Delimiter options). Choose if the 1st row of your report will have Header Information (True = Yes, False = No), then choose specific or ALL invoice data elements from the list of Available Fields to generate your report.
Default view for report is selection on prior Invoice selection screen. Users can select ‘All Customers’
(‘Check Box’ below Invoice Date) or select specific Store(s) as desired (click on
‘Add Customer’, input your Parent Number, click on search icon), click on ‘+’ to add Stores.
Select ‘Download’ (icon at the bottom of the page) to generate your report.
A message popup may appear at the bottom of the screen for you to Open/Save or Cancel the print. Click on Open and the report will be generated and appear on your screen in Excel format.
