Online Portal Access – Catalog Search
Step 1: Go to orders.walnutcreekfoods.com
Step 2: Sign in with User Name & Password (see image 1)

After logging in the screen below will appear:IMAGE 2
Step 3: Choose the correct Delivery address and delivery date based on your route number (see image 2) Step 4: Click “Save and close” (see image 2)
Step 5: Begin your order using “Catalog Search”

Step 6: Search by Item number or Description in the search bar highlighted above. (Image 3) Step 7: After you find your item – click on the item line to highlight it. (Image 3 – yellow arrow)

Step 8: Click in the box where it has a “0” and enter the number of cases you want. (Image 3 – green arrow)Step 9: After entering the number – click “Add to cart” (Image 3 – blue arrow) or hit “Enter” on your keyboard

Step 10: After you add an item to your cart, a yellow banner will appear at the top telling you which item you added to your cart. (see image 4 – blue arrow)IMAGE 4
Step 11: Continue searching through the items to add to your cart until your order is complete.
Step 12: Once your order is complete you can click on “Shopping cart” in the left hand column. (see image 4 – green arrow)

This way of ordering is ideal if you know your item numbers Step 1: Click on “Quick Ordering” on the left hand side of your page (see image 5)

On the Quick Ordering page, you can quickly add items to your cart by typing the item number and quantity and hitting enter.Step 2: To add an item, type the item number in the first box and hit “Tab” and enter the quantity and hit “Enter” to move to a new line. (see image 6)

Step 3: Once you have entered all your items and quantities, click “Add all” to add these items to your cart. (see image 7, blue arrow)IMAGE 7
Step 4: Yellow banners at the top of your page will appear telling you the items you have added to your order. (see image 7, green arrow)
You can also preview your shopping cart on the same page (see image 7, red arrow)
Once you have added all your items, you can go through the checkout process like normal. (see pages 17-19)

Step 1: Log on to the websiteOnline Portal Access – Reorder Guides
Step 2: On the left hand side of the page – select “Reorder guides” (see image 8)

Step 3: Select “Create reorder guide” (see image 9)

Step 4: Create a name for your reorder guide and click “Save and close” (see image 10)IMAGE 10
Your reorder guide is now created and now you can add items to it.Repeat this process for any other reorder guides you want.

Step 6: Add items to your reorder guide – click on “Catalog search” on the left hand side of your screen (see image 11) Step 7: On the catalog search page, look for an item that you want to add to your reorder guide.
Step 8: Select an item by clicking on the line and then click “Add to Reorder”. (see image 12)

Step 9: When you click “Add to Reorder,” the screen below will prompt you to either make a new reorder guide (seeimage 13, red arrow), or add to an existing guide. Select an existing reorder guide or create a new one and click “Add to this List.” (see image 13, blue arrow)

Step 10: Once you have clicked “Add to this List,” a yellow notification will appear at the top (see image 14, blue arrow)

Step 11: Click “Close” (see image 14, green arrow) You have now added an item to your reorder guide.
Step 12: Repeat this process until you have completed your reorder guide. (Note: you can continue to add to your reorder guide at any point in time. These will be saved until you decide to remove them.)

Step 13: To place an order using your reorder guide, click on “Reorder guides” on the left hand side of your screen (see image 15)IMAGE 15

Step 15: Select the items you want to order (green arrow) and add quantities (blue arrow). (see image 17)IMAGE 17
Step 16: Once you have added quantities, click on “Update cart” (See image 18)

Step 17: After you have updated your cart and are finished adding items to your cart, you can now check out.(see pages 17-19)

1. You can remove any reorder guides you have created by clicking on the specific guide and clicking “Remove.”

2. You can move your items up or down to put them in an order you like by clicking on the item and selecting“Move up” or “Move down” (see image 20)

3. You can remove items from your reorder guide by highlighting the item and clicking “Remove.” (see image 21)

Page | 16 4. You can also create a reorder guide from your shopping cart. (See image 22, blue arrow)
When you select “Create Reorder guide” you will be able to create a new guide (see image 23, green arrow) IMAGE 22

Step 1: Review your order
Step 2 (optional): Change a quantity in the “shopping cart” screen – click on the quantity box and change the number to your desired cases (see image 24 – yellow arrow)
Step 3 (optional): Delete an item – click on the ‘X’ button on the far right of your shopping cart (see image 24 – Red arrow)
Step 4 (optional): Add another item – click the green + sign on the top left of the page. (see image 24 – blue arrow) Step 5: Once you are satisfied with your order, you can checkout
Step 6: Check out – click the “Checkout” button on the top left of your screen. (see image 24 – orange arrow)

Once you click the “Checkout” button, the screen above will pop up (see image 25)
Step 7 (optional): Enter a PO number (Image 25, orange arrow)
Step 8: Choose a department (if your store has departments) (image 25, blue arrow) Step 9 (optional): Add a note for Customer Service or the driver (image 25, green arrow) Step 10: Make sure delivery date is correct
Step 11: Confirm Delivery name (typically store name) Step 12: Confirm Delivery address
Step 13: Click “Next” (see image 25 – red arrow)

Step 14: Review your order and make sure everything is correct
Step 15: If you are satisfied with your order you can select “Finish.” (see image 26 – blue arrow) Step 16 (optional): Select “Cancel” if you need to edit your order
Once you select “Finish,” you will get a confirmation box. (see image 27)

Step 17: Click “Ok.”You have now placed your order.

1. Invalid Delivery date: If you choose a delivery date that is on the weekend, then you will receive this error message. (see Image 28)
