I) Introduction
This document is the User Guide for Quick Order for Magento 2. This describes the extension functionality and provides some tips for a quick start.
Quick Order for Magento 2 is an EASY-TO-USE and extremely TIME-SAVING extension, especially for B2B wholesalers. No more searching and navigating multiple pages for each product. Quick Order extension lets your customers place an order in bulk much faster with much fewer clicks. Cut down time searching and boost your sales dramatically.

II) How To Use
To use this module, customers need to click on the Quick Order link or the button in the frontend.
After clicking on the button/link of Quick Order, customers can access to the Quick Order page that its interface is displayed as below:
1. Add Line button
This button allows customers to add a new searching line. Hence, they can search for the desired products by SKUs or names.
A search box will appear like this:
Enter characters included by the names or SKUs, there will be a drop-down box show up our auto-suggestion:
Click on your desired one and ready for the next step:
Check the price of the product, enter the quantity you need. The subtotal will be
- If you are searching for a simple product type, you can add to the list at once just by clicking on the suggestion.
- If the product you are looking for is configurable, a pop up will appear showing up the variants for you:
It will look like this if you click on the Cancel button instead of choosing product’s attributes then hit Select.
- If the product comes with custom options, the pop up will be like this:

The product list
The place where can store temporarily the products customers want to purchase.
In this field, customers can see all in-need information of products, change options of the attribute, modify the quantity or add a new product as well as delete those products from the list.
Action column:
- Plus button lets you create another line duplicating your previous order in the list. - Cross button helps delete the recent line immediately.
Case:
Add another line and search for another product. Set the quantity of each to 100. Let’s see how our Total value work:
2. Empty List button
Once you click on this button, a pop-up will appear like this
- Click OK if you really want to delete the recent list. Then, you can start searching for brand new ones.
- Click Cancel or Cross button if the action was a mistake.
3. Add To Cart button
This button allows customers to add all products that they have selected in the list into the real cart of the store in order to checkout.
After adding selected items to cart, the temporary list will automatically be emptied as all these products are moved into the real shopping cart.
If there’s an error in this process, the system will take the page back to the Quick Order page and all products in the list won’t be lost.
4. Enter Multiple SKUs
When customers have known SKUs and the attributes of the products, it’s so easy for them to add these products to the list by SKU box.
Customers only need to fill the information of product names or SKUs. Separate them using commas or paragraphs.
Enter the quantity on the Quantity box. This number will be applied for all the products on the box.
After adding, the list will look like the following image. The configurable products added will come with red notice as displayed. To deal with this, hit Edit then choose the attributes.
Finally, click on the Add to list button to add products to the list. The result will be like this
5. Add from file
Click on Choose File to add multiple products by CSV file
Customers should Download Sample CSV file at first to know the format in the CSV file. The sample will look like this
With the CSV file satisfied, there will be a notice like this
Then, all products listed inside will be added into the shopping list after clicking Add To List button. With configurable products, remember to choose the variants by hitting Edit button. The Total value will be automatically calculated.
III) How To Configure
After logging into Magento admin, go to Store > Settings > Configuration > Magezon
Extensions > Quick Order.
1. General Configuration
1.1 Display setting (First 6 fields)
This is the general configuration, which can be applied for the module. Untick all the boxes “Use system value" first.
- Enable Quick Order:
Choose Yes to enable this module
Quick Order link/button only displays if the module works well
- Route: The content of URL of Quick Order page that is filled in this field.
- Enable Add Multiple SKUs: Choose Yes to display Add Multiple SKUs field in the
front.
- Title: Enter your desired title into the box.
- Show in Top Links: Choose Yes to show the module in the top area of your site.
And here's how it look in storefront:
1.2 Design setting (First 5 fields)
- Head Color: This field specifies the text color of the Heading Text. - Button Color: This field specifies the color of buttons in the frontend. - Spinner Color: Specifies the color of loading spinner.
- Link Color: Specifies the color of the links existing on front.

1.3 Allow Customer Groups
Only selected customers in this field can view the link of the Quick Order page. Try the following selection:
And let's see:
Try logging out the account and load the home page demo. You can see the top links
display without Quick Order link.
The customers then need to sign in to go on Quick Order page for further searching.
2. Searching Configuration
Here below is our configuration:
- Autocomplete minimum characters:
The minimum number of characters a user must type before a search is performed.
The number entered here specifies the minimum number of characters that customers must enter to display the search results or suggestions.
- Show Image: Choose Yes to display the image of the product in the Search Result field. - Show SKU: Choose Yes to display the SKU of the product in the Search Result field. - Show Price: Choose Yes to display the Price of the product in the Search Result field.
