1. Purpose
Please kindly provide quotations for the supply and delivery of Intermediate
Phase Mathematics apparatus and equipment for a Mathematics kit for 10
schools for the OR Tambo Coastal district in the Eastern Cape Department of
Education.
2. Scope
2.1 Supplier must give a quote for a single Mathematics kit as specified in the table
below and then a quote for the composite 10 schools Chris Hani East district .
2.2 Deliveries must be done at specified sites (list of benefiting schools will be
specified by each district or Provincial office and attached to this specification).
3. Technical Specifications
3.1 All prices shall be shown in South African Rands and cents and quoted
inclusive of Value Added Tax, delivery and training of teachers of the recipient
schools per district on the use of equipment.
4. A price for the container/s for which all the apparatus and equipment will be
put must be included in the total price of apparatus and equipment, however its
specification be clearly stated.
