The training team has over twenty years experience of the box office environment and offer you training and consultancy that is based on first-hand knowledge of our field matched with professional learning

Course outlines

There are many courses detailed in the pages here, all of which can be offered at your site or here at enta itself. Each one has its own page which explains what it offers in terms of learning outcomes, and shows a suggested course outline. Booking info

What’s included?

The price quoted for a course is a one-off charge, regardless of how many people you choose to send along, up to a maximum of six participants. The price quoted includes tuition, and a set of course notes per participant. Lunch is not included in the cost of the course. Unlimited tea, coffee and chilled water are provided for participants during the course when training at the enta premises in London.

When’s payment due?

Upon receipt of your booking form we will email you a formal quotation. The details and costs of the training should be checked, and signed off by whoever authorises training, then email back to us.

An invoice is despatched directly, requesting full payment within 28 days.

What if we can’t come?

If you need to cancel a course you’ve booked, we will refund your money according to the following schedule:

 More than a month’s notice: full refund

 Between one month and two weeks’ notice: 50% refund

 Less than two weeks’ notice: no refund

 Any non-refundable accommodation and travel pre-booked for us to travel to your site will be charged.
