The Labor rates listed herein are based on the calendar year and applicable to Time-and-Material or Firm Fixed Price

proposals for the following commercial opportunity types:

Opportunities resulting in contracts directly with corporate business entities (but not when those entities are

operating as a Prime Contractor to a Federal Government agency, or as a Subcontractor under a Federal

Government Prime Contract)

Customer Site Rates are effective only if Commercial Services are to be performed on Commercial Customer premises

full time for at least six (6) consecutive months, exclusive of options. All commercial proposals will be priced through

the TASC Pricing Department.

Price Deviations

Concessions, discounts

or other deviations are addressed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by TASC’s

Chief Financial Officer or his/her designee.

Non-Labor Costs

Travel, Materials and other costs associated with a project are handled on an order-specific basis and are additional to

TASC’s Commercial Services priced at Commercial Price List rates.

Staffing

TASC ensures that labor category

requirements (i.e., experience and education) are met by proposed staff before work

is quoted or performed. When staffing substitutions are warranted, category changes are made commensurate with the

qualifications of replacement staff.

Rate Premiums

Rate premiums may be

applied on a case by case basis depending on customer requirements. Labor premiums may be

applied in cases where a highly unique skill set is required to perform the work. Other examples of when a rate

premium may apply include when work will be performed in hazardous or remote locations or when work schedules are

expected to extend beyond normal business hours for an extended period of time.
