Setting up Exchange Email Connection

This document is to be used as a guide to setting up an Exchange

Email connection with Outlook;

1. Microsoft Outlook Client

2. Exchange Server

Steps

1. Log onto the desktop computer and open Control Panel

3. Double left click on Mail icon

4. Click Show Profiles

6. Select Yes

7. Select Add to create a new profile for storing your email settings

8. Type a name for the profile. Can be anything as is just a name for the profile.

Select OK once done

10. Select Microsoft Exchange Server and Next

11. Enter the Exchange server address and email address
