«Good Sake is like the clear water of a pure mountain spring..»

Sake is Japans national drink. The „beverage of the gods“ is connected very tightly with the Shinto-Religion. Sake is called the most natural and pure drinking experiences in the world, because the base is made of water and rice. Premium Sake gets served cold. This is why in our Restaurant we serve our Sake selection cold and in a white wine glass.

Kimoto, 65 % polished, 17.5 % Vol 1 dl 14.00 Bottle 98.00 The Miyabi is an intense Tokubetsu Junmai, brewed in accordance of the traditional Kimoto method. This Sake owns an earthy, dry and a wonderful sweet taste with flavours of hazelnut, liquorice, plums as well as coriander and nutmeg.

Koshu, 40 % polished, 17.2 % Vol Bottle 199.00 A undiluted and intense Junmai Daiginio which is matured for over 7 years at a temperature of minus 5 degrees. Ripe, fermented flavour of melon, dark berries and dates. Round, complex and intensive taste. Owns a sweet spicyness but also a slight sourness on the palate. Flavours of yeast, citrus and almond milk combined with paprika, cinnamon and grass. Oily structure with a very long lasting dry, intense and slightly bitter aftertaste.
