INSTRUCTION DOUBLE HOOK PLATED LIFT

Satellite portable restrooms and accessories must be assembled according to approved

assembly procedures. Avoid variations in assembly procedures, which could adversely

affect product life and warranty.

1. REMOVE ALL WASTE FROM WASTE TANK.

2. Tip the unit on back with door is facing upward. 3. Place cradles onto skids.

Center cradle holes to crossmembers of Base. Use straps to help center on crossmember.

- DRILL - 11/16 DRLL BIT - 3/8 SOCKET DRIVER BIT - ADJUSTABLE WRENCH - PLIERS

Maxim 3000 Roto Mold Base

STRAP

Locate strap on rear crossmember of base. In Measure in from rear of base 1-1/8” to center of holes, outside 2 holes (small) in strap.

1stplace strap on rear crossmember on bottom of

base to help align cradles on base runners.

3. Cont. Place cradles onto skids.

Place cradles on base runners so the holes in the cradles are in line with the holes in the strap on rear crossmember of base (strap on outside of cradles).

Remove the strap on rear crossmember of base cradle (strap on rear crossmember of base locates cradles on runners so all holes in cradles can be transfer drilled through, including front holes on cradles). DO NOT MOVE

CRADLES ON RUNNERS OF BASE.

4. Transfer drill (4) 11/16” holes through the Base skids.

• Use the holes in the cradles to align drill.

• Keep cradle flat against bottom of

base skids.

• Drilling from each side of skid may be needed.

4. Cont. Transfer drill (4) 11/16” holes through the Base skids. • Use the holes in the cradles to align drill.

• Keep cradle flat against bottom of base skids. • Drilling from each side of skid may be needed.

5. Insert Threaded Sling ends through the holes in the cradles and base as shown.

• Insert one threaded end of sling completely through hole in cradle & base, then insert other end.

If other end of sling cannot be inserted by hand completely into hole in cradle & base, try re-drilling hole in cradle & base with 11/16” drill bit. ( DO NOT HAMMER ON SLING ).

6. Install (2) straps along crossmembers and onto the threaded ends of the slings as shown.

7. Install (in this order) on all threaded sling ends:

• 5/8” SAE washer, 5/8” lock washer, 5/8” slotted nut, and cotter pin.

• Bend ends of cotter pin, after installed through hole in sling and slot in nuts, to secure.

NOTE: Do not over tighten slotted nut, cotter pin should align with nut slots.

8. Install (6) lag screws (3 on each strap) as shown. • Start with screw in center hole of strap.

• Impact Base must have screws driven into screw bosses. ( see below right)

8. Cont. Install (5) lag screws (3 on rear strap / 2 on front strap) as shown Maxim 3000 unit roto mold base only. • Start with screws in outside holes of rear strap & then center hole.

• Start with screws in outside holes of front strap & NO SCREW in center hole.

strap outside 2 holes only, no screw in center hole.

9. Set unit upright.

10. Thread 3/4” nut on each end of the spreader bar and turn until they are to the end of the threads. 11. Insert the spreader bar through the hole in retainer. Keep the flanged edge away from the nut. 12. Insert the spreader bar through the sling at the narrowest point. The sling will fit into the retainer. 13. Put on (2) 3/4” washers, then a 3/4” nut on spreader bar and tighten. Put on the other 3/4” nut and

tighten. Repeat on opposite side.
