Subject: 51st Annual State Career Development Conference Results
Attached are the official results of our 51st Annual State Career Development Conference.
The feedback from our judges, all of whom are business and industry professionals, was most positive. They were most impressed with the professionalism, decorum, and knowledge of our students and were extremely complimentary of all of the participants. In fact, several said they were “re-motivated” and “assured” that the future leaders in business and industry will be in good hands. Their comments replicated the pride that we have regarding our post-secondary students in this great State of Florida. I know you will be most proud of their achievements.
The energy level at this state conference was most positive and I’m confident that these bright Florida students will return from the International Career Development Conference, April 15-20 with outstanding results.
Our chapter advisors give of themselves to their chapter members and provide the guidance and preparation tools necessary for this conference. They are going above and beyond and are an important stakeholder in our co-curricular program. These individuals are praised for their dedication and commitment to our students and deserve special recognition for all they do.
On behalf of our student members, thank you for your continued support and commitment to Florida Collegiate DECA.
