1. Introduction

These instructions guide you to setup email on your mobile devices. To do this, the following information are required:

• Email Address e.g. first.last@t5 • Username e.g. [email protected]

• Password i.e. the password for the email address above • Domain Name e.g. t5.fi

2. Account Setup on CyanogenMod 11

1. From the Home screen, touch Menu Menu Menu (bottom-left corner) or AppsMenu Apps Apps Apps, then touch SettingsSettingsSettingsSettings (Pic. 1). 2. Touch Add accountAdd accountAdd accountAdd account (Pic 2).

4. Type in your e-mail address and password, and touch NextNextNext (Pic 4).Next

6. Confirm that the Exchange server settings are correct, then touch Next Next Next Next (Pic 6).

7. The Account settingsAccount settingsAccount settingsAccount settings screen allows you to customize your account. Select from the dropdown options and check or uncheck the checkboxes as desired, then touch NextNextNext. (Pic 7).Next

8. Type in a name that you can use to easily identify the new account, in case you add new accounts to your device in the future, and touch Next Next Next Next to finish the setup (Pic 8).

9. Now your mail account setup has been completed. Start viewing emails using the email application (Pic 9).

3. Account Setup on Samsung Galaxy S II/S III Mini

4. Enter your your e-mail address and password, and touch NextNextNext (Pic 4).Next

5. Your device will attempt to automatically search additional details required to set up your account. If it is successful, scroll down and touch Next Next Next Next in Pic. 6, if it is not successful, touch Edit details Edit details Edit details Edit details (Pic. 5) and provide the additional information manually.

6. Confirm that the Exchange server settings are correct, then scroll down and touch Next Next Next (Pic. 6).Next

5. Your device will automatically search additional information required to set up your account. The search progress “We're looking for your setings...We're looking for your setings...We're looking for your setings...We're looking for your setings...” is indicated on top of the screen. If it is not successful, edit the required information as shown in Pic. 6, then continue by touching sign insign insign insign in.

6. Touch advancedadvancedadvancedadvanced in Pic. 7 to type your server settings.

7. Type your server name in the server server server server field and touch show all settingsshow all settingsshow all settingsshow all settings to customize your account as desired. Then touch sign insign insign insign in to complete the account setup (Pic. 8).

9. For easy accessibility, a shortcut on the home screen has been automatically created for your account. (Pic. 10).

7. Account Setup on Apple iPhone 5s

1. From the Home screen, touch SettingsSettingsSettings (Pic. 1).Settings 2. Touch Mail, Contacts, CalendarsMail, Contacts, CalendarsMail, Contacts, CalendarsMail, Contacts, Calendars (Pic 2). 3. Touch Add Account (Pic. 3).

3. Select ExchangeExchangeExchangeExchange from the list of account types (Pic 4).

4. Enter your e-mail address, password, and a unique description to easily identify the account in case you add more accounts in the future, then touch NextNextNextNext (Pic 5).

5. Your device will automatically search additional information required to set up your account. Verify the settings is as shown in Pic. 6 and touch NextNextNext.Next

6. Touch SaveSaveSaveSave to complete the account setup (Pic. 7).

7. You can customize the newly added account by editing the MAILMAILMAILMAIL settings as desired in Pic. 8.

8. Now your mail account setup has been completed. Start viewing emails using the mail application (Pic 9).
