1. On the left-side of the iTunes window, click iTunes Store (see Figure 4).

2. Then, in the upper-middle area of the iTunes window, click App Store (see Figure 4).

7. The iPad Battery

The status of the battery on your iPad can be found in the upper-right corner of the iPad screen (see Figure 35). To re-charge the battery, connect the device to an AC outlet or a Mac

computer using the cord that was provided. PC users may find that their PCs will not charge the iPad because the system requires more power than most USB ports typically produce.

8. Cleaning the iPad

A microfiber cloth can be used to clean the iPad. Allow the cloth to be slightly damp (make sure that the water is not dripping from the cloth) and gently allow the cloth to glide across the screen until all of the smudges are gone. When done, you can remove any remaining water on the iPad with a dry cloth.

Remember the following when cleaning the iPad:

It is important to only use a damp cloth to clean the iPad – do not use any type of cleaner!

Turn off your iPad before you clean the device.

Be sure to disconnect any wires attached to the iPad.
