HelpSTAR.com is a third-party, web-based system used by True Automation to manage

customer-support issues. Use HelpSTAR to contact True Automation Customer Service for any of the following reasons:

• Report problems with True Automation products

• To inform Customer Support that you are starting certain procedures when specifically directed to do so in that procedure’s documentation. This is done to allocate (pre- position) customer-service resources to better serve users performing high-difficulty tasks.

• Report errors or omissions in True Automation product documentation

• Get answers regarding how to use True Automation products

• Share comments about True Automation products

• Make suggestions for product improvement

Installation

Run PACS setup

From the bottom left of your computer, click Start, as shown in the following figure.

Click Run, as shown in the following figure.

In the Open field, type \\pacsserver\pacsinstall\PacsSetup.exe.

The Windows Installer notification is displayed.

The InstallShield Wizard informs you to either wait for system processing or click a button to proceed.

For the Install this application for: option, we recommend you retain the default setting Anyone who uses this computer (all users).

The PACS Appraisal and Collection shortcut icons are installed on your computer desktop as shown in the following figure.

If you want the PACS screen to always open to its maximum size, right-click each icon to open the following Properties menu and select Maximized from the Run drop-down list, as shown in the following figure. This is an optional selection.
