The Accelerated Leadership Performance Program enables the rapid transition of managers into self-directed leaders through a combination of two learning phases delivered across six months.

The program commences with the Accelerated Learning Phase, an intensive six week period that equips participants with the knowledge and behavioural insights required for successful leadership.

The program then moves into the Action, Reflection & Mastery Phase, a twelve week focus on embedding and functionalising new learnings as real world behaviour and action.

Informed by global best practice in applied and accelerated learning, the focus on real outcomes as an ongoing and non-negotiable component of the program underpins the emergence of a self-directed, decisive leader.

Accelerated Leadership Performance Program 3

Who is the program for?

In-house delivery format

Whilst the program generates exceptional outcomes across wide ranging levels of management it is primarily designed for optimal impact at two levels:

• Emerging and high potential women managers seeking to fast track their leadership development.

• Existing mid-level women managers seeking to accelerate their management performance as well- equipped and competent leaders.

Most cohorts will include a limited number of established senior women managers seeking a more rounded understanding of the behavioural dynamics of effective leadership and their own capacity for leadership excellence.

In-house delivery formats of the Accelerated Leadership Performance Program are available for early career, mid-level and senior/executive management teams.

The In-house format is extremely effective for organisations seeking to unlock higher levels of performance and shared focus across teams.

For more information on the In-house Accelerated Leadership Performance Program please contact the Australian School of Applied Management directly.

The six week Accelerated Learning Phase of the program interweaves intensive workshops and short projects that prepare students to rapidly actualise learnings and insights as real world success-oriented behaviours.

The 12 week Action, Reflection & Mastery Phase of the program sees participants take full accountability for their progress and their performance as a leader. The blended focus of Action, Reflection & Mastery Workshops and Action Planning Projects see participants unlock a decisive, success-oriented mindset, underpinned by frequent reflection and planning.

ACCELERATED MANAGEMENT ADVISORY SERVICE

During the initial six week Accelerated Learning Phase, participants are briefed on a weekly Accelerated Performance Project.

With the purpose of unlocking higher performance each project compels participants to actualise workshop learnings in the real work setting.

Action, Reflection & Mastery Workshops build upon the foundation knowledge of the initial six week Accelerated Learning Phase. The overarching purpose of the Action, Reflection &

Mastery Workshops is to ensure that key learnings, especially those of a theoretical nature, are contextualised into the practicalities of the participants real world setting.

The Action, Reflection & Mastery Workshops provide an important platform for participants to reconnect with their program peers and reengage with key learnings through sharing their unique developmental experiences. This exposure to program learnings and developmental experiences through the unique lens of other group members assists in shaping a grounded, mindful and curious leader.

The capacity to self-evaluate, plan and swiftly impel oneself to action is integral to effective leadership.

The Personal Action Plan & Action Planning Projects provide an uncomplicated weekly discipline that empowers a high performing manager that leads with clarity, consistency and focus. Across the program the Personal Action Plan is embedded as a routine activity, vitally important in sustaining management excellence.

Throughout the Accelerated Leadership Performance Program, participants have complimentary access to the expertise of the Senior Faculties of Women & Leadership Australian and the

Australian School of Applied Management via the Accelerated Management Advisory Service.
