Cygnet is committed to providing high levels of care for its service users whilst maintaining patient safety. This enables service users to move to lower levels of security and the most appropriate least restrictive environment in a timely manner. Cygnet has an established care pathway which

facilitates service users moving to the level of security that is most appropriate for them, whilst ensuring continuity of care. Cygnet’s care pathway thereby helps minimise waiting times for its services and service user lengths of stay.
