1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare the Technical Document Register (TDR), as shown below, to be used in the PROJECT. The following deliverables will constitute the minimum requirement of documents that shall be produced by CONTRACTOR and submitted to PCIHBV.
This TDR shall detail documentation titles and planned issue target dates, actual submission dates, the number of revisions during review and cycle, AFC and others while identifying dependencies and critical items. The TDR shall also identify the review chain or class for each document. The list of deliverables shall be all engineering documentation and drawings originating from CONTRACTOR, including third party reports and surveys, inspection reports and certification.
During the progress of the WORK, CONTRACTO
the CONTRACT, or as PCIHBV may reasonably. PCIHBV, within a reasonable period but no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving such drawings and information, shall signify its approval thereto or otherwise.
