to attend and participate as an exhibitor at the 67th Annual

Convention of the Texas Community College Teachers Association to be held Febru-ary 6-8, 2014, at the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel, located at 101 Bowie Street, San Antonio, Texas.

from all 80 community and technical college campuses in Texas,

repre-senting all academic and technical/vocational fields, are expected at this convention. Educators from the neighboring states of New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana also attend the annual TCCTA meetings. Thus, you may be assured that your materials will reach a wide audience.

exHiBiT BooTHS

in the Marriott Rivercenter Ballroom of the hotel will be assigned

on a first-come, first-serve basis. Booth rates and offering have been expanded in

2014. Booth spaces are 10'x10' and will be rented at the following rates.

• $1,400 for corner booths • $1,325 for premium booths • $1,250 for standard booths

There will also be 5'x7' booths for $950 each and are available for first-time exhibitors only. Certain spaces can be sold as multiple booths; please call for more

information. All spaces will be decor ated with the standard 8' background drapes, 36" side dividers, and appropriate headsigns. Each space will be furnished with one 6' table with a white plastic cover and appropriately colored skirt and two side chairs.

is on Wednesday, February 5 from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. and continues

on Thursday, February 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Exhibit hours are:

• Thursday, February 6 — 2:00 to 6:30 p.m.

Opening Reception in Expo — 5:30-6:30 p.m.

• Friday, February 7 — 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Raffle Drawings in Expo — 5:45 p.m.

Dismantling will begin at 6:30 p.m., Friday, February 7.

THe Floor PlAn

is enclosed for your booth selection. It is suggested that you

indi-cate at least three preferences on the enclosed contract form. You may call the TCCTA State Office to inquire about available spaces. Space may be reserved by telephone, to be confirmed by con tract within 10 days. Full payment must accompany each contract or follow within 30 days. Cancellations will be accepted through November 30, 2013, and the amount of the rental fee, less $100 per contract, will be refunded. No refunds will be permitted after that date.

Contract For Exhibit Space

Under the terms set forth in the Information for Prospective Exhibitors, the undersigned reserves exhibit space and encloses a check in the selected amount per space for the full amount of rental charge. It is specifically understood that cancellations will be accepted through November 30, 2013, and the amount of the rental fee, less $100, will be refunded; and that no refunds will be made after that date. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, costs, damages, and claims arising out of injury to persons or damages to exhibitor’s displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel; and the exhibitor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Texas Community College Teachers Associa-tion and the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel, their owners, agents, directors, officers, servants, and employees, against all claims or expenses for all such losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of the hotel facilities. The exhibitor understands that neither the Association nor the hotel maintains insurance covering the exhibitor’s property or lost revenue, and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance. The exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel, its owners or managers, which results from any act of omission by exhibitor. The exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, policies, ordinances, and laws promulgated by the Texas Community College Teachers Association, the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel, and local, state, and national governments.
