TimeClock Plus enables management to collect and report data in real time, up to the second, at any time of day, rather than by using age old pollable or punch devices placed throughout a place of business. Using individual PC's or across a network, TimeClock Plus allows businesses to monitor and control each of the aspects
of employee time and attendance while reducing the cost of overtime, administrative labor and clerical mistakes. All this comes without the cost normally associated with traditional corporate level applications.
In professional environments, employees conveniently clock in or out at their own PC using our On-Screen TimeClock. Employee self-service features include the ability to view accumulated hours this pay period, view schedules, go on break, change departments and/or costing codes, acknowledge managment messages
and more, without leaving their desk.
Employees who don't have access to a PC utilize our Integrity Series™ Employee Access Terminals to perform timeclock transactions. The RT Plus is essentially an intelligent extended keyboard connected directly to TimeClock Plus, allowing transactions to be written directly to the database, as they happen. Available with battery backup for uninterrputed operation, in the event that the device’s communication is lost with the computer hosting TimeClock Plus, the RT Plus will seamlessly continue gathering employee transactions. When communication with the host is restored, collected
transactions are immediately written to the database.
TimeClock Plus data transfers to most payroll packages & services, completing the next logical step to the task of reporting employee hours for payroll. Scheduling, Hour Restrictions, Flexible Accrual Rules, and many other tools are supported to meet the needs of today's business. A true extension of the computer hosting TimeClock Plus, whether on a PC, network server or wireless lan, the RT Plus Series™ Employee Access Terminal is a real-time ethernet (TCPIP) timeclock which can be desk or wall mounted in an area easily accessible to all employees, allowing them to perform any necessary clock transaction, without physical access to a computer. Available in many models, the RT Plus’ flexibility is unmatched in the Time & Attendance industry.
The RT Plus boasts the capability of seamlessly being able to continue to capture employee punch records while offlinein the event that connectivity is lost with the host, and then automatically delivers those records to TimeClock Plus when communication is restored.
Constantly connected to the TimeClock Plus database, critical employee data is instantly written directly to the confines of the computer hard disk, ensuring that employee information is protected appropriately. Management enjoys the availability of true, 'up-to-the-second' on-screen or hard copy information required to accurately control labor costs in today's hectic workplace. Battery backup is available for uninterrupted ooperation in the event of power failure. Using TimeClock Plus with the RT Plus, real-time system wide data availability is the standard, but the RT Plus boasts the ability to store and forward punches when real-time is not possible, as less advanced systems do with older, polling devices.

TimeClock Plus™ uses biometric technology to
eliminate the age old problem of employees
clocking each other in, otherwise known as
"buddy punching".
Biometric verification equates to the digital
imaging of a particular human feature such as
the hand or fingerprint, and then storing a
value for that image which is then used in
identifying that employee in the future.
Biometrics offer confirmation of the identity of
each employee performing clock transactions.
Employees merely "enroll" when originally
added as an employee in TimeClock Plus™ by
having the biometric image taken. Each
subsequent use of TimeClock Plus™ will require
that the image taken during each transaction
matches the original stored image in order to
complete the transaction.

TimeClock Plus™ takes the next logical step in automating the process of doing payroll by creating a bridge between the employee data collected by TimeClock Plus to many of the popular payroll packages or services available today.
At the end of each pay period, depending on the payroll software to which the data will be transferred, Time-Clock Plus will either create a file which your payroll software will import, placing all the employee data in the appropriate fields, or it will physically place the files directly into the fields in your payroll software. Time-Clock Plus interfaces with many of the most popular payroll packages and payroll services. Data may also be exported to most popular spreadsheet and database programs.
Payroll information, such as employee name, I.D., regular hours, overtime hours, tips, department, etc., is exported saving valuable time in the once tedious job of processing payroll. There is no need to key all the information into your payroll package; let us do the work for you!
