A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place at the KwaDukuzaMunicipality Project Management Unit Boardroom, Lavoipierre Building, 2 Industria Crescent, KwaDukuzaon18th January 2013, starting at 11h30. Failure to attend the compulsory clarification meeting willdisqualify the tender. Only those contractors who are in possession of a tender document shall be permitted to participate in discussion at the compulsory clarification meeting.
Tenders shall be placed in sealed envelopes, endorsed “TENDER NO.
