TruStore from TRUMPF is the first storage system that is per-fectly tailored for TRUMPF punching, combination and laser cutting machines. Now you can get the machine, automation, storage and services from a single source – all with high TRUMPF quality. There are no interface problems because
everything works together.
TruStore is based on a system of modules that can be up-graded and expanded at any time. The entry-level model is the TruStore Series 1000. The next step up, the TruStore Series 3000, allows you to select a compact storage system for tight spaces with one or two storage towers in different extension levels.

The TruStore storage system structures workflow, saving time and money. Without a storage system, stacks of material pal-lets are often scattered around the production facility. This means that production space is wasted, forklift truck drivers have to go around or waste time looking for their materials. TruStore optimizes material flow, making work easier. Capacity grows while the need for space greatly diminishes. In addition, the integrated storage management system facilitates general inventory control.

TruStore consists of a basic module and extension modules. You can select and customize your storage space from these components.
The TruStore Series 1000 contains one basic module. Your storage system is operated by a LiftMaster Store or LiftMaster Store Linear. You can automatically upgrade your TruStore Series 1000 to a TruStore Series 3000 by adding a shelf servic-ing device.
The TruStore Series 3000 has its own shelf servicing device. As a space-saving alternative, you can use a TruStore with one storage tower. For larger storage requirements, the two-tower model is ideal. Select the height of your storage system from three possible options. Storage compartments are adjustable to 90 mm or 170 mm.

Stay flexible with TruStore
Let’s say you have decided on a small model of our TruStore storage system and later want to expand your capacity. This is the advantage of the TruStore: You don’t have to invest in a brand new and expensive storage system. Instead, you can extend your TruStore by adding additional modules. We will quickly and efficiently install the module directly on-site. The main advantage: You can get started with the storage system that is the most profitable for you. At the same time, you are perfectly prepared for growth.

LoadMaster
The LoadMaster is the first step toward automation in laser machines. Using suction cups, it reliably loads the machine’s pallet changer with blank sheets. It is connected to the TruStore by storage carts.
LiftMaster Store
Compared to the LiftMaster, the LiftMaster Store shortens cycle time by up to 40 % in the thin sheet range. Its vacuum frame moves vertically across the pallet changer. It transports sheets from the storage system directly to the laser machine and returns with cut sheets. For a TruStore Series 1000, the LiftMaster Store functions as the shelf servicing device.
LiftMaster Store Linear
The LiftMaster Store Linear is the ideal solution for completely automated production processes. It has the advantages of both the LiftMaster Store and LiftMaster Linear. This means it directly accesses the storage compartments and transports sheets to the machine and back again. Its biggest advantage: it connects up to three TruLaser machines to one TruStore.
SheetMaster
The SheetMaster loads the punching or combination machine with blank sheets and, parallel to production, unloads finished workpieces using vacuum suction cups mounted on a frame. Its configuration corresponds to typical sheet shapes and sizes, but it can be adapted to custom-shaped parts, too. Storage carts retrieve the blank sheets from the TruStore and return with finished parts.
LiftMaster
The LiftMaster loads and unloads your laser machine using up to three variable pivot positions. It uses a vacuum frame for loading and a rake for unloading. The vacuum frame trans-ports sheets from the raw material cart to the pallet changer. The unloading rake moves the workpieces and the sheet skel-eton from the pallet changer to the finished parts cart, to the storage system or to an additional third location.
LiftMaster Compact
The LiftMaster Compact together with the TruStore Series 3000 forms a compact unit. The machine is directly loaded and unloaded with storage pallets. Vacuum and rake frames are used for this purpose. The advantages of the combination of TruStore and LiftMaster Compact include extremely short cycle times and a minimal setup area.
LiftMaster Linear
The LiftMaster Linear loads and unloads up to three laser machines very efficiently because it can also move laterally to the machine. This means you can connect numerous carts, storage carts and pallets. Storage carts ensure a direct con-nection to the TruStore. Using the TruTops FMC, you can easily control the interaction between your machines.
