This class is an introduction to the LeadRouter system and is intended for those agents who are new to Coldwell Banker and need this class in order to have your LeadRouter account activated.

eAgent Leads

• Leads from general inquiries, buyers or sellers not tied to a specific CB listing, and unclaimed listing leads

• Leads are routed and auto-matched to CB

specialized eTeam members according to their skill profiles

• Leads are rapid fire: if not answered, moves on to next eAgent. No 15 minute grace period.

• The Accountability tool is your personal online “coach” for your leads

• For EVERY lead you receive, you MUST update it regularly:

– Within 4 hours of accepting the lead

– Within 7 days of the first update

– Within every 30 days thereafter, until they
