IMPRINTING
KIC –Knife Imprint Charge
$37.50(g) plate charge. No run charge for first side permanent acid-etch imprint on blade of product. Color of imprint is a gray shade. Gift sets have imprint on each piece in the set (excluding Vegetable Peeler and Handi-Stir). Imprint area varies from product to product but is approximately 1/4” x 2” – contact customer service for exact imprint area for specific products. Second-side imprint available for $.10(g) run charge per product plus plate charge if different from first side imprint.
Artwork
Accepted via fax or email in IBM format only, preferably in Adobe Photoshop tiff format. We take pride in being able to imprint company logos and special typestyles on our cutlery. In order to accommodate some logos and thin lines, it may be necessary to adjust the artwork. Paper proofs are available at no charge upon request. Please review the proof carefully before approving. For imprint orders when a logo is not provided, the text will be set in our standard type font – Arial Bold.
ROC –Re-Order Charge
$18.75(g) Knife Imprint Re-Order Charge. Must repeat exact imprint. Any run charge (if applicable) is still valid on repeat orders.
HIC –Handle Imprint Charge
$37.50(g) plate charge. Straight line copy only, 32 characters maximum, one line only. Typestyle is Gothic uppercase only. Handle imprinting available only the silver brushed aluminum handles (not on black stainless steel resin handles). Gift sets have imprint on each piece in set. Second side imprint is not available.
PIC –Pad Imprint Charge
Imprinting of sharpeners, tubes and gift boxes.
$100.00(x) plate charge; run charge per quantity 25 to 49 is $5.00(x); 50 to 99 is $2.25(x); 100 to 249 is $1.10(x); 250 to 499 is $.70(x); 500 to 699 is $.60(x) and 700 or above is $.45(x). Re-order charge is $40.00(x) for repeat of exact imprint. Colors available are black, white, blue, green, yellow, silver and gold.
LPC –Laser Plate Charge
Imprinting of oak blocks: $60.00(x) plate charge; run charge for . 25 and above is $3.50(x) (additional charge to laser front of the block). Production time is 20 working days. Charges may be higher with exceptionally large imprint area or front logo area. Please add $4.50(x) to the above run charge for individual item laser personalizing.
Branding of Leather Scabbards for Fillet Knives
$85.00(x) plate charge; run charge $.10(x) per product. Minimum order quantity is 100 pcs. Imprint is foil leafing (stamp). Colors available: gold, white, silver, red, blue or green. Imprint area: 1/2” by 2”. Must specify location. Production time is 20 working days.

Blade Sleeves are
provided for all individual knives at no charge. Clear Plastic Tubes with blue caps are available for purchase and is a great way to hand out knives.
Utensils, larger knives and combinations of different items can be packaged in white chipboard or gift boxes. Contact customer service to confirm what box will work with your selection.
Production Time
Imprinted knives – 15 working days. Non-imprinted knives – 5 working days. Pad imprinted tubes, sharpeners or gift boxes – 15 working days. Laser imprinted oak blocks – 15 working days. Branding of leather sheaths – 20 working days. Production time begins with receipt of order and is subject to credit and proof approval. Delays due to incomplete artwork or proof approval will jeopardize delivery date.
Minimum Orders
Absolute minimum for imprinted orders is 25 pcs. Non-imprinted orders will be charged $5.00(x) for less than minimum quantities. Combining items is permissible to meet the minimum quantity.
Proofs
Paper proofs are provided at no charge. Pre-production samples are available. Ship date for order will be scheduled after pre-production sample approval.
Payment Terms
Net 30 days with approved credit. Terms are subject to change at any time.
Cancellation Policy
AMC will not accept returns on imprinted merchandise. Any return of non-imprinted merchandise is subject to approval and will incur a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be made freight prepaid and with 60 days of original ship date.
Products
Every AMC product is shipped as a finished good. Any extra process done to our products is the responsibility of the consumer and not AMC. Gift set box lid wrap is subject to change.

Ordering
Phone orders must be confirmed in writing by fax, email or U.S. Mail. All orders must include:
1. Item number and description 2. Quantity
3. Handle style
4. Imprint information (imprinted or blank; location of imprint; color for pad print only; quality artwork)
5. Shipping address 6. Ship date
Rush Orders
AMC can usually produce rush orders without additional charges. However, if the order requires overtime or other charges, a rush charge will be added.
Co-op Pricing
Co-op pricing requests are evaluated individually. Submit a written overview of the program and expected volume for consideration.
Mailers and Drop-shipping
Mailers for 100 to 249 are $1.35(x) each; 250 to 499 are $.95(x) each; 500 to 999 are $.80(x) each. Drop-shipping orders will incur a $.80(x) charge in addition to the mailer cost for the extra handling. Freight charges are additional.
