Dedicated Client Relationship Manager

We will assign a dedicated Client Relationship Manager for all the workshops we conduct. The Client Relationship Manager will provide a focal point for all communication between our company and the client and will handle all necessary

workshop-related administration.

Having a dedicated Client Relationship Manager ensures that from a logistical and administrative point of view, the workshop flows smoothly. It also takes a certain amount of pressure off the client’s workshop coordinator.

In addition, the CRM manages the Student Helpline. Participants on a workshop can email the CRM if they have any queries about course logistics, assignment submission dates, etc.
