• ALL employer criteria must be met before an interview can be confirmed.

• Changes/cancellations must be completed by 11:59 p.m. the working day prior to a scheduled interview date. However, they can be made in the OCS (101 Murphy Hall) using the appropriate forms until 9 a.m. the working day prior to the interview. Cancellations cannot be made by phone, fax or email. • Unless otherwise noted, interviews will be held in Suite 101 Murphy Hall.

• Be sure to select a targeted resume when signing up for various schedules and choose from the applicable special times noted when requesting an interview appointment time.

• The Pre-Select Interview Process — Students who meet the interview criteria are permitted to submit a resume for review by the employer. If selected, the student will be e-mailed and invited to sign-up

on the pre-select schedule.

• Summer and Co-op schedules are clearly stated as such.

• RESEARCH the employer before the interview date. Also, read all applicable job descriptions and company/agency criteria when signing up for an interview.
