Customer-Centric Innovation

Many companies in emerging economies have comparatively limited technology and weaker international market experience and resources than Western multinationals. What mindsets and models should underpin innovation strategies for companies? This workshop explains the logic behind the customer outcome-based innovation (COBI) model developed at the CEIBS Center for Marketing & Innovation. COBI is based on a set of defining principles to systematically minimize risks and maximize opportunities when attempting innovation in an emerging economy. This workshop is designed to train executives in these basic principles for systematically applying the COBI Strategy, its tools and analytical frameworks to create new customer value propositions. At the end of the program participants should understand how to make the customer a key center of the company’s innovation effort.
