MyInvast Client Portal
With MyInvast you are able to complete all your essential trading activities from one place, whether it is to transfer funds, or see crucial statistics on your trading performance.
The MyInvast Portal is about providing you, our client a simple way to access key information about your trading account.
Inside MyInvast you will be able to:
Open new trading accounts
Upload account documents
View your trading history on all your platforms in the one place
Ability to transfer funds between trading accounts with the same base currencies
MyInvast is intuitively designed and has a direct link into all your Invast trading accounts including cTrader, MT4. Inside MyInvast you can view your trading history for all of your Invast trading
accounts, no matter the number of platforms you are using. Upload all your account documents and complete any forms you need inside the MyInvast portal.
The Invast Insights support section of MyInvast contains valuable information to help you with your queries in an efficient and accessible format.

Accessing MyInvast Client Portal
To access MyInvast client portal you will need to enter the following address to your internet browser. https://my.invast.com.au
MyInvast Client Portal is the administrative backend component to your cTrader and MT4 platform.
1. From the login screen you will need to apply your username, this is generally an email address you have nominated and a password you have registered with us.
2. If you are unsure of your password, click the Retrieve Password enter your nominated email address that you have registered with us to be sent your login details.

MyInvast Trading Accounts
MyInvast Trading Accounts allows you to administer your single or multiple accounts on one easy to use window. These features include linking multiple accounts, setting up a new trading account, changing passwords, uploading documents, login into your web version trading platform and transferring funds.
Link Existing Account
If you have more than one trading account with us including demo accounts you can organise all accounts to one centralised window for ease of access.
You will need to initially log into each account to link your existing accounts together.
Once you have done that, you will be able to view all your existing trading accounts on one single window. To access all existing link accounts simply click the Your Trading Account button.

Create New Account
If you would like to create either a new MT4 or cTrader account to the one you currently have, then you can do so by clicking the Create New Account tab, under Your Trading Account. You will be able to create, select your trading platform and configure the leverage and base currency of your new trading account.
Once you have specified your desired trading account and settings, simply click on the Next > button to create your new trading account. Your login details will appear on the screen.
Change Password
To change your password on your new or existing trading accounts, simply click on the Change Password tab. If you have more than one trading account, it will be displayed under the Trader Login

Documents
In some cases, our client service team might require supporting documents for payments and transactions or additional information to complete a new account; you can simply upload your documents via the Documents tab.
Select the + Add Files, the Upload File window will appear. Select the appropriate settings for your upload and either Choose file to upload or drag the file to the dotted square box to upload your document.
Trading Platforms
The trading platforms feature allows you to log into either cTrader or MT4 web version without the need to install the actual program. It’s as simple as selecting the desired trading platform and inputting your login details.

Transfer Funds
For clients that have more than one account and would like to transfer funds interchangeable between trading account you can simple do this by the following Transfer Funds tab.
To transfer funds, you will need to specify the Source Account (the trading account you are
withdrawing funds from) to the Destination Account (the trading account you are depositing funds to). Simply input the amount you would like to transfer and click Submit. Please ensure you are transferring the same currency.

Opened Transactions
The Opened Transactions feature allows you to view all your open trades, P/L and account status in real time on one or more trading accounts in a single window.

The Closed Transactions feature allows you to view all your closed trades on one or more trading accounts in a single window.

Deposit
The fastest way to deposit funds into your trading account is via credit card. If you require information to deposit funds via wire transfer please click following the link

Withdrawal
If you want to withdraw funds from your trading account, you will need to download the Invast Funds Requestform complete and sign then return it to INVAST in a scanned format by email to
[email protected]. If you want your funds to be sent to your bank account and we do not have
your details on file. You will be able to upload a copy of your banking details, under the documents tab discussed earlier. We will be updating the Funds Request form to be available online.
Funding History
Funding history lists all your deposits and withdrawals both by credit card or wired transfer in a single window.

Practice Account
A Practice (demo) Account is the ideal way to familiarise yourself with the Invast cTrader and Invast MT4 platforms and to practice your trading in a safe environment, where you will receive the same spreads as our live platforms without the risk of losing your hard earn capital. You can select
between our two trading platforms – Invast cTrader and Invast MT4, the base currency, leverage and the initial virtual deposit amount.
