– For M2M to be really valuable to the C-Suite, applications must interface with existing corporate applications (ERP, MES, MRO, CRM, etc)

– “Stove-pipe” vertical applications will slowly be replaced by

integration to existing applications and horizontal platforms from the likes of SAP, IBM, Oracle, and Microsoft
