As per your contract, your listings* will be published to the partner portals outside the home-country of the agency and selected listing.
Note: in rare cases, it is possible that certain listings will not appear on certain portals due to restrictions specific to that portal or missing information. Please refer to section 8 for further details.

Receiving your
listing information
AUTOMATIC RETRIEVAL
A feed was established for the automatic retrieval of your listings. Skip directly to section 2 of this guide.
MANUAL INPUT
You have opted for manual input of your listings directly from our WorldPosting Platform. For more information on manual input, please follow carefully sections 1-8 of this guide.

1 Fill in the listing form
Enter the complete listing information – the below fields are required to broadcast your listing:
o Price
o Number of rooms
o Number of bedrooms
o Number of bathrooms
o Interior surface
o Zip code & City
o Country
You have the option of entering a title and description into your listing in an additional language. To view more languages, click “+”.

Once you have entered all available information, click “continue”

2 Verify the location of the listing on the map
Verify that the geolocalization on the map view is correct. If it is incorrect replace the cursor icon on the map and press “Save” at the bottom of the page.

3 Upload photos
To upload the photos, click “Select pictures” and select the photos you would like to
include.
Confirm your selection by clicking “save”.
If you wish to modify the order of your photos, you only need to drag and drop with your cursor, then click “Save”.
Note: We suggest that you upload between 4 and 10 photos.
2. Publish a listing
Click on “Listings” on the top menu to view a summary of your listings.
The listing is, by default, “deactivated”. To activate your listing, simply click the check box and confirm the publication
3. Follow your publications
View a list of your publications by clicking on « Publications » at the top of the page. For each listing published you will see the following details:
o The reference number
o The status of publication
o The price
o The most recent update
o The number of total views
To find a particular listing, simply enter the reference number or the price in the
search box.
To access the detail view of the listing, click on the right arrow “>” to the right of the

On the detail page of your listing, you can view:
o The origin of the listing and date of publication.
o The portals to which the listing is being broadcast.

To access the detail view of the listing, click on the right arrow “>” to the right of the listing.
If any of your listings to not meet the criteria of syndication, it will appear with an “error” status, including a comment in red.
5. LEADS
A request for information regarding one of your listings by one of the portals to which you are syndicating will be sent to you by email and also posted in this section of the platform.
Click on the “>” at the right-hand side to access the full details of the lead.
6. StatistiCs
Click on "Statistics" in the menu to see your statistics.
You will first be taken to a global overview where you can see the number of pages displayed, leads received, listings published and countries on which they are published.
View the total number of views for your listings for each month The world map shows the countries on which most of your listings are published and the graph represents the number of leads
received from each country.
Finally, you can see the number of views, listings, and leads received on each portal.

Click on « World Listings » in the navigation menu.
This page allows you to look at all the listings of all of our partners. You will be able to search through 480,000 properties from all around the world.
To find a listing, just click on a country and select your criteria (sales, rentals, price, number of rooms...)

Once you have started a search, you will be shown a list of results.
In order to see more details regarding a listing, click the "More Details" button.

You can see all details regarding the selected listings : pictures, price, description…
On the right hand side, you'll find the contact information of the agency handling this property.
You can contact this agency by filling up the contact form and clicking "Send a message".

Click on “account” at the top of the page to view or modify your personal or agency details linked to your account.

In general, a property listing cannot be syndicated:
o on a portal of a site from the home-country of the listing o if the listing has no price.
o if the listing has no image
