AGILE
Alacrity Scrum Masters are placed at client sites to coach and provide support to the teams, to help them perform at their highest
level during the product development and implementation process.
They are also responsible for ensuring that scrum practices are followed in order to
achieve team success.
One of Alacrity’s objectives is to provide our clients with a specialised, reliable,
high-quality alternative to in-house resources for the development and implementation of leading QA and testing methodologies. Our Software Quality Assurance Engineers
can fulfil a variety of roles, such as, program test managers; test managers;
test team leads; test analysts; test automation engineers; and build & test
environment managers.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

The software is deployed or implemented during the ‘Release It’ stage.
During the ‘Check It’ stage, the software goes through User Acceptance testing until user approval is received. The actual construction of the software happens in the ‘Build It’ stage. The development team will use SCRUM principles to manage the construction of the work. The ‘Design It’ stage focuses on the business problem or requirement into a technology solution.
The ‘Think It’ stage concentrates on understanding the client’s business problem and needs.
