Mortgage Brokerage Program*

IPC Save Inc. is pleased to present our “Mortgage Specialist Team!”

We are a full service residential mortgage brokerage and our agents are available to offer

their expertise in mortgages and debt management to your clients. The “Total Client

Experience” is incorporated in our program so you can be sure your client will have a

positive and special experience!

Our program is easy!

Each one of our agents have their own personalized referral

form. Simply contact the agent you are working with and complete their form. In the

event that you are not working with an agent please contact Kim Kendall in order to

locate one in your area. Upon receipt of the referral, your mortgage agent will be in

contact with your client and keep you posted on the progress. You will receive 25% of

the commission as a referral fee, paid through the banking products and services monthly

payroll, upon closing of the mortgage!

Peggy joined Investment Planning Counsel in 2000, as a licensed assistant. In 2002 she followed her banking background to be our mortgage agent in the newly formed brokerage IPC Save Inc. In 2007, she relocated from Ontario to be our broker in British Columbia. Peggy is bringing with her over 17 years experience in the financial products and debt management industry. Previously, Peggy has worked for large Canadian banks and financial institutions. Peggy has been the Regional Manager for Alberta since September 2009.

Sheri McCaskill, Mortgage Agent

Sheri has a strong banking background with over 24 years of experience in both commercial and personal financial planning and debt management. Previously Sheri worked for different financial firms and banks. Sheri is presently working towards her AMP designation with the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals. Sheri works closely with Advisors to create the Total Client Experience. Sheri will provide strong customer service and professionalism for the mortgage and cash management needs of our clients.

Richard Allatt, AMP, Mortgage Broker

Richard joined IPC Save Inc. in June 2002 and is a licensed mortgage broker who brings over 30 years of experience in credit management, personal lending and mortgages. Richard’s career encompasses a wide array of achievements and responsibilities with various Canadian financial institutions which includes such roles as Senior Mortgage Underwriter and Senior Lending Officer and Area Lending Manager. Richard was also an owner/broker of a private mortgage brokerage firm. These experiences have enabled Richard to provide a wide variety of financial solutions to fit each clients needs. Richard is a registered mortgage salesperson in Manitoba as of July 2011.

Ethel Nicholson, Mortgage Agent

Ethel had a long career with a large Canadian bank where she was a financial advisor. Being a financial advisor involved helping many of her clients with mortgages and finding the right solution for their needs. Ethel has a “client first approach “, acting with the highest integrity and in the best interests of the client. Ethel is a financial planner with IPCIC since August 2006 and was registered as a mortgage agent in June 2007.

Aileen joined IPC Save Inc. in 2004 as a mortgage agent bringing with her over 28 years of experience in the financial services sector. Aileen has completed several years of lending studies at Sir Wilfrid Laurier University and continues to stay current in the industry. Thinking “Outside the Box” has enabled Aileen to find solutions for her clients. Professionalism and integrity are key facets of Aileen’s business practice as is her commitment to providing excellent service and advice in her client’s best financial interest and not the lending institution. Aileen works in Victoria Harbour and services surrounding areas north and south but is not limited to other areas of Ontario.

Aliah has been in the financial industry in since 1993. She began her career at a large Canadian bank where she held various roles. Aliah joined IPC Save Inc. in 2001 where she played an instrumental role in the launch and development of IPC Save Inc. Mortgage Brokerage Services. She has access to many key lenders in the mortgage brokerage and possesses an in-depth knowledge of various lending products. This enables her to recommend strategic solutions in refinancing, debt consolidations or other financing needs for her clients. Joanne Murphy, AMP, Mortgage Agent

Joanne has been a member of the IPC team for over 10 years. She joined Investment Planning Counsel Head Office in 2000, where she held various positions providing her with a wide spectrum of experience in the financial industry. In 2007, Joanne obtained her accreditation and became licensed as a Mortgage Agent with IPC Save Inc. She is currently a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP) and holds her Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation.
