The directory describes over 40 geographically grouped human ser-vices transportation programs and public transportation serser-vices. For informa-tion on other transportainforma-tion services, you may refer to the Yellow Pages under “Disability Services” or “Buses-Charter and Rental”.

Most services provide (unless otherwise noted):

Trip purpose: Medical, grocery, on-going personal errands

(i.e., prescription, visit family in a care facility), social support services

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am–3:30pm,

Scheduling: 5 business days in advance. Sometimes a shorter notice

can be accommodated, depending on driver availability.

Eligibility: Low-income seniors 55+ and disabled individuals who have

no other transportation resources available or minimal transportation resources.

Cost: Donation, but one MUST apply to be able to participate in this program. A very simple application is taken over the

phone and only takes about 10 minutes.

Eligibility: Anyone. Minimum age to travel without an accompanying adult is 10 years old.

Cost: $1.75 one way (must have correct fare); Children 5 & younger are free.

Can purchase ten ride punch cards for $15.00 at the Government Center, Community Center, and Cub Foods
