The directory describes over 40 geographically grouped human ser-vices transportation programs and public transportation serser-vices. Most services provide (unless otherwise noted):

Scheduling: 5 business days in advance. Sometimes a shorter notice

can be accommodated, depending on driver availability.

Eligibility: Low-income seniors 55+ and disabled individuals who have

no other transportation resources available or minimal transportation resources.

Cost: Donation, but one MUST apply to be able to participate in this program. A very simple application is taken over the

phone and only takes about 10 minutes.

Cost: $1.75 one way (must have correct fare); Children 5 & younger are free.

Can purchase ten ride punch cards for $15.00 at the Government Center, Community Center, and Cub Foods
