Following the launch of a number of high profile apps and in order to meet company

expansion and a growing order book, Ineqe Group currently has vacancies for the following positions in our Belfast office. We are looking to recruit a number of App developers

immediately.

Ineqe Group is a small and dynamic company providing a close-knit and lively working environment, where all the staff work in a supportive and creative environment. You must be able to work as part of a small team.

The company provides clients with a wide range of services, including consultancy, conferencing, training and technical solutions.

The company is at an exciting stage in its expansion and is seeking to recruit three App developers to add to their team.

The successful candidates will be joining the company at an exciting time as they role out a number of innovative digital products, including their mobile learning platform.

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER PARTNERSHIP (KTP) APP

DEVELOPER

This is a very exciting opportunity to lead and manage a strategically high profile project to design and develop a suite of mobile safety apps to protect vulnerable groups. This is currently an untapped area of apps development. As a result, the project’s potential positive impact on society is enormous.

You must have an Honours Degree in Computer Science or similar, with experience in the design, implementation and testing of software. Experience in mobile development (iOS and/ or Android) is preferred. The successful candidate will have the practical experience, together with a positive attitude and good interpersonal, communication and team working skills.

iOS APP DEVELOPER

With a substantial expanding order book for iOS Apps, Ineqe Group are now looking to recruit an additional app developer to assist our production team. Ideally you will have a degree in computer science or similar but the role would suit an experienced programmer and may be available to a recently qualified developer with substantial experience of programming.

To be considered for the role you will already be familiar with iOS7 and have experience in the design, implementation and testing of software. You must be able to show samples of completed Apps you have personally developed. The successful candidate will have practical experience, together with a positive attitude and good interpersonal communication and team working skills.

The following skills would be an advantage but are not essential: • Problem solving

• Design implementation • Project Management

The ability to produce web Apps would be a distinct advantage. Salary will reflect skills and experience.

ANDROID APP DEVELOPER

Due to an expanding order book, Ineqe Group is now looking to recruit an android app developer to assist in the development of our apps portfolio.

Ideally you will have a degree in computer science, however the role would suit an experienced programmer and may be available to a recently qualified developer with substantial experience of programming, whether you hold a degree or not.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate samples or complete apps that they have already developed.

You will therefore already be familiar with android development and have experience in design, implementation and testing of software.

The following skills would be an advantage but are not essential: • Problem solving

• Design implementation • Project Management

The ability to produce web Apps would be a distinct advantage. Salary will reflect skills and experience.

INTERNSHIP

OPPORTUNITIES

We are currently recruiting a number of interns with the prospect of employment upon completion of a three month internship at our Belfast office.

This is an expenses paid internship (travel and subsistence), 20 hours per week.

COMMUNICATIONS INTERNSHIP

We have an exciting internship opportunity for the successful individual to gain diverse marketing and communications experience within a dynamic and growing business. It is to be varied & interested and the individual will support the work of the team digital media, marketing communications and client engagement.

You will have the opportunity to input into the whole spectrum of INEQE’s work. This may include:

• Producing brochures, leaflets and email creative

• Developing and engaging with INEQE and the h2bsafer brand’s presence on social media and writing blogs

• Writing press releases

• Drafting news release articles, email communications, brochure and website copy • Compiling media contact lists for news distribution

• Assisting with the development of the website. Person Specification:

• Writing skills

• Competent using social media platforms • Well organised and able to prioritise workload • Confident telephone manner

• Experience of using content management systems an advantage. • Educated to degree level considered an advantage.

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERNSHIP

we would expect a good working knowledge of: Photoshop, In-Design and Illustrator. Any coding knowledge is a plus, as is any 3D / Flash / Animation experience.

We are ideally looking for a creative that has an unlimited conceptual creativity and a fantastic positive attitude, along with a strong sense of design best practices.

RESEARCH INTERNSHIP

We depend on our interns not just to keep the office running smoothly but to contribute in a meaningful way to our projects through quality research, analysis, and ideas generation. Ideally, we are looking for graduates with a background in or demonstrable aptitude for policy research and an interest in contributing to innovative policy solutions.
