Urgent shipments for export are shipments that are delivered after flight closure, and have been confirmed by the carrier. Urgent shipments must be requested per email [email protected] to our duty managers at least 8 hours prior to the schedule departure time. If due to operational reasons this can’t be accomplished Swissport has the right to refuse the request of express handling. Additional charges might be applied like direct ramp transportation.

All charges “per running hour” will be invoiced as minimum one hour and then half hour fractions thereafter. Payment terms are within 15 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
By accepting any shipment handled through Swissport Cargo Services Denmark as from January 01, 2014, the receiving agent (forwarder) automatically agrees and accepts this 2014 tariff. The tariff list can be provided at first request
Swissport Cargo Services Denmark APS reserves the right to change above pricing during 2014 if the circumstances so merit.
