Lord of all power and might, the author and giver of all good things: Graft in our hearts the love of your Name; increase in us true religion; nourish us with all goodness; and bring forth in us the fruit of good works; through Jesus Christ our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

POUR OUT YOUR HEART
Psalm 130:1-2
1 Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord! 2 O Lord, hear my voice!
Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my pleas for mercy!
Spend time crying out to God. What are three words to explain how you’re feeling in this season? Write them down and cry out
Psalm 51:17
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise. Psalm 139:1-4
1 Lord, you know everything there is to know about me. 2 You perceive every movement of my heart and soul,
and you understand my every thought before it even enters my mind.
3–4 You are so intimately aware of me, Lord. You read my heart like an open book and you know all the words I’m about to speak
before I even start a sentence!
LAY IT ALL DOWN
Bring your worry, grief, and pain Every cause you have for shame Lay it all down Lay it all down When your cares have buried you
And there’s nothing left to do Lay it all down Lay it all down At the feet of Jesus At the feet of Jesus
Carried on but your heart was tired Feared the worst and felt the fire
Lay it all down Lay it all down Filled with all those anxious thoughts
And your doubts became your god Lay it all down Lay it all down At the feet of Jesus At the feet of Jesus
Lay it all down Lay it all down Lay it all down Lay it all down At the feet of Jesus At the feet of Jesus
When we’ve given up on better days There are memories we can’t erase
Lay it all down Lay it all down
When we’ve come to fear what we can’t explain And there’s nothing here that can ease the pain
Lay it all down Lay it all down At the feet of Jesus At the feet of Jesus
MEDITATION ON FORGIVENESS
Psalm 130:3-4
3 If you, O Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? 4 But with you there is forgiveness,
that you may be feared.
What does it mean to you that God does not mark your iniquities but offers you forgiveness through Christ?
Psalm 103:10-14
10 He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities. 11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him;
12 as far as the east is from the west,
so far does he remove our transgressions from us. 13 As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.
14 For he knows our frame; he remembers that we are dust.
Colossians 2:13-15
13 And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, 14 by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set
aside, nailing it to the cross.
15 He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.
RECKLESS LOVE
Before I spoke a word, You were singing over me You have been so, so good to me
Before I took a breath, You breathed Your life in me You have been so, so kind to me
Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God Oh, it chases me down, fights ‘til I’m found,
leaves the ninety-nine
I couldn’t earn it, and I don’t deserve it, still, You give Yourself away
Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God When I was Your foe, still Your love fought for me
You have been so, so good to me When I felt no worth, You paid it all for me
You have been so, so kind to me There’s no shadow You won’t light up Mountain You won’t climb up coming after me
There’s no wall You won’t kick down Lie You won’t tear down coming after me
Ephesians 2:1-10
1 And you were dead in the trespasses and sins
2 in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is
now at work in the sons of disobedience—
3 among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by
nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.
4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us,
5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— 6 and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the
heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
7 so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is
not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should
GOOD GOOD FATHER
I’ve heard a thousand stories of what they think you’re like But I’ve heard the tender whispers of love in the dead of night
And you tell me that you’re pleased And that I’m never alone You’re a good good father
It’s who you are, it’s who you are, it’s who you are And I’m loved by you
It’s who I am, it’s who I am, it’s who I am I’ve seen many searching for answers far and wide But I know we’re all searching for answers only you provide
‘Cause you know just what we need before we say a word You are perfect in all of your ways
You are perfect in all of your ways You are perfect in all of your ways to us Oh, it’s love so undeniable I can hardly speak
Peace so unexplainable I can hardly think As you call me deeper still, as you call me deeper still
WHERE ELSE CAN WE GO BUT YOU
Psalm 130:5-6
5 I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in his word I hope; 6 my soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning. What does it mean to wait on the Lord?
John 6:66-68
66 After this many of his disciples turned back and no longer walked with him. 67 So Jesus said to the twelve, “Do you want to go away as well?” 68 Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom
shall we go? You have the words of eternal life, Isaiah 40:28-31
28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable.
29 He gives power to the faint,
and to him who has no might he increases strength. 30 Even youths shall faint and be weary,
and young men shall fall exhausted;
31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
THE LORD IS MY SALVATION The grace of God has reached for me
And pulled me from the raging sea And I am safe on this solid ground
The Lord is my salvation I will not fear when darkness falls His strength will help me scale these walls
I’ll see the dawn of the rising sun The Lord is my salvation Who is like the Lord our God? Strong to save, faithful in love My debt is paid and the victory won
The Lord is my salvation My hope is hidden in the Lord He flowers each promise of His Word When winter fades I know spring will come
The Lord is my salvation In times of waiting, times of need When I know loss, when I am weak I know His grace will renew these days
The Lord is my salvation Glory be to God the Father
Glory be to God the Son Glory be to God the Spirit
LIFT YOUR EYES IN HOPE
Psalm 130:7-8
7 O Israel, hope in the Lord!
For with the Lord there is steadfast love, and with him is plentiful redemption.
8 And he will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
Look up. The Lord is trustworthy. How does your perspective shift when you center yourself on God’s character and abilities?
Psalm 121
1 I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come?
2 My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. 3 He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber.
4 Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is your keeper;
the Lord is your shade on your right hand. 6 The sun shall not strike you by day,
nor the moon by night. 7 The Lord will keep you from all evil;
he will keep your life. 8 The Lord will keep
your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18
16 So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. 17 For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, 18 as we look not to the things that are
seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.
Romans 8:22-25
22 For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now. 23 And not only the
creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he
sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
KING OF MY HEART
Let the King of my heart be the mountain where I run The fountain I drink from oh, He is my song Let the King of my heart be the shadow where I hide
The ransom for my life oh, He is my song You are good You are good, oh oh You are good You are good, oh oh You are good You are good, oh oh You are good You are good, oh oh
And let the King of my heart be the wind inside my sails The anchor in the waves oh He is my song
Let the King of my heart be the fire inside my veins The echo of my days oh, He is my song
You’re never gonna let You’re never gonna let me down
You’re never gonna let You’re never gonna let me down
STAND IN YOUR LOVE
When darkness tries to roll over my bones When sorrow comes to steal the joy I own When brokenness and pain is all I know I won’t be shaken, no, I won’t be shaken
My fear doesn’t stand a chance When I stand in Your love My fear doesn’t stand a chance
When I stand in Your love My fear doesn’t stand a chance
Shame no longer has a place to hide I am not a captive to the lies I’m not afraid to leave my past behind Oh, I won’t be shaken, no, I won’t be shaken There’s power that can break off every chain There’s power that can empty out a grave
There’s resurrection power that can save There’s power in Your name, power in Your name
GOODNESS OF GOD I love You, Lord
Oh Your mercy never fails me All my days, I’ve been held in Your hands
From the moment that I wake up Until I lay my head
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God All my life You have been faithful And all my life You have been so, so good
With every breath that I am able Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God
I love Your voice
You have led me through the fire In darkest night You are close like no other
I’ve known You as a Father I’ve known You as a Friend
And I have lived in the goodness of God, yeah Your goodness is running after, it’s running after me Your goodness is running after, it’s running after me
With my life laid down, I’m surrendered now I give You everything
