Hart Energy’s

1. What is a Hart Energy Site License and what plan options are available? A Hart Energy Corporate Site License grants unlimited digital access to one, several or all five websites written and produced by Hart Energy. These sites include OilandGasInvestor.com, MidstreamBusiness.com, EPMag.com, UGCenter.com and A-Dcenter.com. Access is available via computer, tablet or mobile phone. Your company’s VPN or a special external login may be required for access outside the office.

We offer the following Site License plans:

Group Site License is defined as five or more seats for one company, which includes both print and digital access to one, several or all Hart Energy sites.

Corporate Site License is defined as using IP-enabled access to one, several or all Hart Energy sites. Access outside your network is possible using a VPN or a special external login. A corporate site license includes a limited number of print copies.

2. How do I purchase a Hart Energy Site License?

The first step is to contact Shelley Lamb at [email protected] to discuss your needs.

3. Do I have digital access through my Site License?

Site Licenses include unlimited access for the seats purchased to the desired sites from any computer or device that is connected to the providing network.

Note: All Corporate Site License users receive unlimited access to current and archived digital magazines, some dating back to 2000. (Seat subscribers with a Corporate Site License may not share their digital access or password.) Additional restrictions may apply.

4. How do I activate my account?

Group Site Licenses require a one-time registration form to be completed by each user. Corporate Site License holders have instant access. Registration will be required for external login access.

5. Do I have to log in or create an account in order to use my Site License? Yes. To use a Site License, you must sign in or create an account and you must be logged in.

6. How long do I have unlimited access for?

Your access will terminate at the end of your contracted time period. A typical contract is renewed every 12 months. Multi-year agreements are also available.

7. Can I use my Corporate Site License outside of my company’s network? Typically, you must be connected to the network associated with your Corporate Site License in order to enjoy unlimited access. However, external logins are available as part of your corporate plan.

8. Can I use my Corporate Site License while on a Virtual Private Network (VPN)? If your license was contracted with IP access then VPN access should be available. For more information on accessing your account while using a VPN, please contact your network administrator.

9. Can I use my Site License on my smartphone or tablet?

Yes. Depending on the Site License Plan chosen, you may be required to set up an external login to access the site on a mobile or tablet device.

10. How are Site Licenses billed?

Site Licenses are billed annually and invoices are mailed to the organization before or soon after the subscription period begins.
