Aaron Watson is an accomplished speaker and HR Consultant for over a decade. He began his career from the grass root level at Bosch India Ltd. for 14 years and then moved to as Senior Manager HR at Sobha Developers Ltd (5 years) and then to Head HR of L&W Ltd.
During his years of growing experience across industries he realized that there is a tremendous need for employee involvement measures for any organization to move to the next level. As a principal consultant he independently implemented HR system and processes for Sobha Developers Ltd, ZTC Landscape International, Filtrex Pvt. Technologies, Dhruva Associates, Bayars Coffee and many more companies.
He felt the strong need to start Sinai Global with a vision to hand hold individuals and organization in realizing their dreams for he strongly believes in the credo by Robert G. Ingersoll “Hands that help are better than lips that advice”

Naveen Kumar began his career as a young software professional working in HCL Technologies and his areas of expertise at work are in the fields of Package and Release management and Software configuration management in a Consumer Electronics.
An engineering graduate form PES Institute of Technology and he holds an MBA from Manipal University. He is certified in Entrepreneurship from Symbiosis Certified in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation) from Symbiosis International University.
Naveen is an operations and management enthusiast and he manages skillfully the event management events of the company that include organizing events for International speakers and International HR conferences. Naveen’s penchant for public speaking is conspicuous by all the array of activities in Toastmasters International where has mentored many corporate and Institutes in achieving their educational and leadership roles.
Mr. Mallikarjuna has a vast experience in the areas of Compliance Audit, Establishment Compliance Management, Factory Compliance Management, And Contract Labor Regulation etc in various MNC organizations like Dr. Fritsch Machines & Powders Pvt Ltd. and American Power Corporation (APC).

Mr. Ravi Kumar T worked as a software professional with Silver Atena Electronics Systems
India Pvt Ltd. His areas of expertise included Aerospace and Railway signaling software Verification & Validation as per aerospace safety guidelines. He has worked closely with cross-cultural teams in the European market like UK, Spain and Germany . He has presented technical papers on Artificial Neural Networks and Nanotechnology.
He then moved towards Learning & Development focusing on developing new modules that are required in the Industry. His methodical approach and eye for detail has enabled Sinai Global delivering Quality Training Programs. He has been instrumental in collaborating with leading Management Institutions like New Horizon Leadership Institute , Gitam University in conducting certification programs ,“Campus to Corporate” and workshop on Public Speaking for students to enable them to face the challenges in the corporate world. He also works closely with NGOs by conducting various workshops to give a professional outlook to such organizations.
Currently at Sinai Global he is engaged in setting up the Learning & Envelopment department and developing a vibrant team to fulfill client requirements.

Sinai Global. He holds a post graduate degree in MSW from Mysore University
and brings more than 13 years of experience in Human Resources. His experience
spreads across IT, ITES, Product Development, Engineering Services,
Aerospace,HVAC and Heavy Machinery/Industrial Products sectors.
He has previously worked with Accenture, Ranal Enginering Services, Johnson
Controls and Amada India in their respective Human Resources department.
