• Select Domain category to open the list of errors

• Error Count – needs to be fixed
• Archive / Warning /Information Count – errors that have been
archived, ‘errors’ that are actually warnings, information that’s likely erred
• Select the number of errors to view the students impacted
• Error Descriptor = how to fix the error (Read carefully)

• List can be Exported to Excel • Error can be commented

Student Reports
• Each Category opens a list of Reports: Name, Description and Time to Review
• Right now, should be reviewing Year-End reports
• If find issues update SIS, send to

• Data Scope: various ways to drill down the data within a report
• Reporting Window: time period
• School: district level or by school
• Reports can be exported: PDF, Excel, etc.
• Refresh reports after revisions made in SIS

• Full Year: any students that were enrolled in your district at any time during this
school year, even if they already exited
• As of Today: students who are enrolled in your district today, can be used for
comparing against reports in your SIS, this will also include students who graduated or finished the school year
• As of October 1st: the students enrolled in membership or SPED programs on
10/1, according to what is currently in ADVISER
• As of October 1st (Locked): the students enrolled in membership or SPED
programs on 10/1, according to the state accountability data that was locked on 11/1
• **NEW**As of End of Year (Locked): the student enrolled at the end of the
