welfare- a leader must know his men; can feel the needs and desire of his men.

7. Keep your men informed- inform your men

on the task for them to understand why he’s doing such job.

8. Employ your command in accordance

with its capabilities- using your unit in accordance with its capabilities helps insures its success.

9. Train your men as team- teamwork is

essential for the accomplishment of any work.

10. Make sound and timely decision- grabbing

an opportunity in a situation needs sound and timely decision.

11.Know your job- knowledge of your job helps

you make sure of yourself and commands the respect of your men.
