NovaText Communications started in 2016 for providing technology journalism, copywriting and translation services for websites, on-line media and marketing communication.
NovaTouch developed touch screen applications for PC’s and Smartphone’s. Achievements:
Designed and marketed a user-friendly computer for elderly, giving them independence and improved communication with family and caregivers. Sales doubled each year after incorporating in 2009 until 2011.
Maintain requirements and track changes for release of new software
versions. Write and update user manuals, system documentation, commercial website and marketing copywriting.
Collected and wrote specifications for custom Smartphone app for the ‘Nijmeegse Kunstnacht’ festival in 2014, and perform acceptance testing.

Achieved CMM level 2 qualifications within two years. Improved configuration management process (change requests, problem reports, change control board and release management), documentation reviewing of specifications and design (Fagan inspections) and project planning & tracking.
Improved test process by automation, implemented tooling upgrades, and initiated ISEB training and qualification for the entire test team.

Two year full time master’s program for a user-centered analysis and design of complex technological systems. Final project was designing an international intranet for the VDL BOVA Bus service organization.
Results final project:
Wrote Commercial Requirements in cooperation with the service manager and Functional Requirements with use cases for software engineers. All specifications were fully verified by all stakeholders using contextual analysis, prototypes and usability testing.
