Ceiling
Scene (room)
To quickly render without worrying about other settings, click the drop-down arrow beside Auto Lighting Intensity and choose the required intensity. We recommend 40 watts.
The Auto Lighting feature calculates both the dimensions of your room(s) and any substantial piece of furniture or decoration you place in the middle of the layout and adds lighting accordingly. For best effects, make sure you have a flooring present added either through the Floor option Textures/Dis-play Settings dialog or through Surface Tool.
If you add an Ambient Light, move the slide bar until you get the desired effect.
To see your additional light sources such as lamps and spots, check Visible for User Light Intensity and move the slider bar to the desired light inten-sity.
*** To better see the Ambient Light and the User Light, turn off the Auto Lighting ***
