Access to exhibition stand during MaskinExpo

During the trade show days your exhibition staff can access your stand from 7 AM to 6 PM.

The trade show area has to be vacated one hour after closing on Thursday, May 26 and Friday, May 27.

Saturday, May 28 the area is open until 7 PM.

Truck/Trailer-parking

There will be a parking area aspecially for trucks and trailers. Book your parking space at [email protected].

Moving In

Remember to check in!

On arrival please check in at the information desk to get up to date practical information. Your exhibition stand must be claimed by Wednesday May 25 at the latest. During installation days all booth personnel should wear “Crew bracelet” or Exhibitor Card (order free of charge at [email protected]).

Parking within the trade show area is not permitted during the trade show.

Parked vehicles will be fined. During the installation days parking is allowed in the exhibitor parking area or in your booth’s demonstration area.

NOTE!

Staying overnight in the booth is not allowed. For accommodation, see maskinexpo.se.

Please observe that roads may not be blocked!

Transport of goods/machinery to and from your booth on exhibition day is permitted from 7 AM – 8 AM.

Safety Contract

The Exhibitor is responsible for safety in the exhibition stand and in the demonstration area. Should an incident occur, the Exhibitor may not hold MaskinExpo responsi-ble, whether or not the damage has occurred through the fault or neglect of MaskinExpo or its staff.

All Exhibitors are obliged to follow MaskinExpo’s

directions during safety inspection and must

imme-diately take care of deficiencies regarding safety in

the exhibition stand or in the demonstration area.

Exhibitors may not break fire department’s or organizer’s regulations regarding fire safety etc. Objects may not be placed outside the exhibition stand area or in a manner hat blocks fire protection equipment, electricity cabinets, drains, etc.

Transfer of exhibition stand

The exhibitor may not transfer or partly sublet the exhibition stand without MaskinExpo´s consent.

Exhibition stand dimensions and layout

Show management may, up until the time of the trade show´s opening, change the size or location of the exhibitors space or layout of the exhibition if show management deem it necessary for the good of the show.

Packaging and waste

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor when arriving and leav-ing to sort through and dispose of packagleav-ing and waste in the waste disposal bins in the area.

Waste and other materials left behind will be removed and charged to the exhibitor. If display materials or other demon-stration materials are left behind the exhibitor will be charged for removal.

When the trade show is over MaskinExpo will collect waste left in the demonstration aisles. Exhibitors are otherwise recommended to use the waste disposal areas.

Security/insurance

MaskinExpo will provide security for the trade show´s general areas. The trade show organizer is not responsible for exhibited machines and objects in the exhibitor stand/ space or the insurance thereof. (See General Regulations) Contact your insurance company regarding applicable insurance terms.

Complimentary coffe and sandwiches

During installation days (Monday-Wednesday) MaskinExpo offers free coffee and refreshments. Every morning we treat our exhibitors to filling breakfast sandwiches. The sand-wiches are distributed at the trade show entrances between 7 am and 8.45 am Thursday to Saturday.

Goods and services

Only goods and services that the organizers deem comply with the current trade show theme and reasonable quality requirements, may be displayed at the trade show. In addi-tion, where applicable, displayed goods and services have to be in accordance with Swedish laws and regulations of Governments authorities and control bodies. The exhibitor is solely responsible for obtaining necessary permits, and is obliged to compensate the organizer for any damage that may occur failing to do so.

The organizers are not responsible for any damage caused by exhibited goods or services, whether or not the damage has occurred through the fault or neglect of the organizer or its staff. Sales to the public is permitted. The exception being sales of food and kiosk goods which is reserved for the trade show restaurants and trolleys.

PLEASE NOTE!

It is not permitted to offer or serve alcoholic beverages within the exhibition area.

demonstrate machines, equip-ment etc in ways that disturbs or interferes with surrounding stands. Entertainment in the exhibition stand may be allowed during shorter intervals after agreement with MaskinExpo.

MaskinExpo reserves the right to close an exhibition stand that does not comply with regulations regarding fire safety or the above mentioned safety requirements.

MOVING OUT

Access to trade show area is limited after closing

hours.

All exhibitors, except those in tent aisles, must

remove displayed objects from the trade show

area no later than 4 PM Wednesday, June 1.

Goods still remaining after the trade show is over will be moved to a storage area and the exhibitor will be charged rent, handling and security costs. Unmarked goods will be left in the exhibition area at the owner’s risk and responsibility. The exhibition stand must be in the same condition as when moving in except from normal wear and tear.

Non restored and/or cleaned exhibition areas/stands will be restored and/or cleaned by MaskinExpo and charged to the exhibitor. If you need access to the exhibition area beyond the above mentioned hours or if other questions should arise, contact MaskinExpo´s Information.

The exhibitor books goods collection with a suitable forwarding agent. Labelled goods left behind after the trade show has closed will be moved to a storage area and the exhibitor will be charged rent, handling and security costs. Un-marked goods left in the exhibition area remains there at the owner’s risk and responsibility.

Please make a note of waybill numbers as this will facilitate search for goods. Book your goods collection with your forwarding agent in good time.
